TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİNDE GERÇEK ZAMANLI MALİYET TABANLI BİLGİ PAYLAŞIM MODELİ

Abstract

ÖZET

İşletmeler rekabet avantajı elde etmek için farklı yöntemler/prensipler kullanmaktadırlar. Tedarik zincirinde bilgi paylaşımı da işletmelerin kullandığı yöntemlerden biridir. Bu çalışmanın konusu tedarik zincirinde bilgi paylaşımıdır. Bir tedarikçi, bir üretici, bir depo, bir perakendeci ve farklı müşterilerden oluşan bir tedarik zincirinde bilgi paylaşımının çeşitli maliyetler (stok tutma, sipariş verme, ceza maliyetleri ve toplam maliyetler) üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada gerçek zamanlı maliyet tabanlı bir bilgi paylaşım modeli geliştirilmiş ve üç farklı bilgi türünün (talep, sipariş miktarı ve temin süresi) ayrı ayrı paylaşıldığı, eş zamanlı paylaşıldığı ya da herhangi bir bilgi paylaşımının olmadığı sekiz farklı senaryo analiz edilmiştir. Bilgi paylaşımının maliyetleri azalttığı görülmüştür. Maliyetlerdeki olumlu yöndeki bu değişimin istatiksel olarak anlamlı olup olmadığı varyans analizi yapılarak test edilmiştir. Bilgi paylaşımının tedarik zinciri maliyetlerine olan etkisinin istatiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca bilgi paylaşımının talep tahmin doğruluğuna olan etkisi de araştırılmıştır. Gerçek müşteri talebinin depo ve üretici tarafından bilinmesi, deponun ve üreticinin talep tahmini yaparken geçmiş veriler yerine bu bilgiyi kullanmalarının talep tahmin doğruluğunu arttırdığı görülmüştür.

ABSTRACT

Enterprises can use different methods/principles to obtain competitive advantages. Information sharing among supply chain partners is also one of these methods used in enterprises and it has positive effects on overall system performance like reduced inventory level, decreased cost, bullwhip effects and increased profit. In this paper, our aim is to present the impacts of information sharing on different costs like ordering, holding and penalty costs of each supply chain member and total system costs in multi-supply chain. We want to show the effects of sharing different types of information simultaneously or separately on supply chain partners as cost change. A real-time cost-based model is developed to determine information sharing influence on the cost of supply chain partners. Various information sharing scenarios are studied in this paper. The customer demand, warehouse order quantity and warehouse-manufacturer lead time are the shared information of scenarios. Results are tested and analysed by using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings of this study show that information sharing reduces system costs. Besides, the effect of information sharing on demand forecasting accuracy is also investigated in this paper. The more accurate demand forecasting is obtained by using actual customer demand information rather historical data in the forecasting process.
