ADİ DİFERANSİYEL DENKLEMLERİN RUNGE-KUTTA TİPİ YÖNTEMLERLE SAYISAL ÇÖZÜMLERİ ÜZERİNE

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu çalışmada, adi diferansiyel denklemler ile ilgili temel kavramlar verildikten sonra, adi diferansiyel denklemlerin sayısal çözümlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemlerden bahsedilmiştir. Özel üçüncü-merteben adi diferansiyel denklemleri çözmek için dört-basamaklı altıncı-mertebe geliştirilmiş Runge-Kutta doğrudan yöntemi sunulmuştur. Bu yöntem iki-adımlı bir yöntemdir ve aynı mertebeden klasik Runge-Kuta yöntemi ile karşılaştırıldığında daha az basamak sayısı ile elde edilir. Önerilen yöntemin kararlılık polinomu verilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem literatürdeki yöntemlerle karşılaştırılmış ve yöntemin etkinliğini ve hassasiyetini göstermek için sayısal sonuçlar sunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT

In this study, after the basic concepts with related to ordinary differential equations have been given, the methods commonly used in numerical solutions of ordinary differential equations have been mentioned. The sixth-order improved Runge-Kutta direct method with four-stage has been presented for solving special third-order ordinary differential equations. This method is two-step in nature and is obtained with less number of steps compared to the classical Runge-Kuta method of the same order. Stability polynomial of the proposed method has been given. The proposed method has been compared with the methods in the literature and numerical results have been presented to show the efficiency and accuracy of the method.
