Türkiye Çimento Sektöründe Optimal Dağılım: Ulaştırma Probleminin Bulanık Doğrusal Programlama İle Çimento Fabrikalarına Uygulanması

Abstract

ÖZ Ulaştırma Maliyetleri, en önemli maliyet kalemlerinden bir tanesidir. Kâra katkı sağlaması amacıyla yola çıkılan bu tezde Türkiye 7 ayrı bölge üzerinden incelenmiş ve Bulanık Doğrusal Programlama Modeli çerçevesinde Werners Yaklaşımı kullanılarak en iyi çözüm ve dağıtım planını bulmak hedeflenmiştir. Tez çalışmasının birinci bölümünde Dünya ve Türkiye Çimento Sektörü hakkında mevcut durum analizlerinden söz edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Ulaştırma Modelinin tarihsel gelişimi, çözüm yöntemleri ve türlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, bulanık mantık ve bulanık doğrusal programlamanın ortaya çıkışı, uygulama alanları, modelleri olan Zimmermann ve Werners yaklaşımları üzerinde durulmuştur, Son bölüm olan dördüncü bölümde ise Werners yaklaşımı ile Türkiye’de Çimento Sektöründe minimum maliyetle optimal dağıtım üzerine çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT

Transportation Costs are one of the most important cost items. Land examined for the purpose of contributing to the road leading out of 7 different regions in Turkey in the framework of this thesis and Fuzzy Linear Programming Model Approach using Werners aimed to find the best solutions and distribution plan. Analysis of the current status of the thesis have been talking about the cement industry in the first part of Turkey and the world. In the second part, the historical development, solution methods and types of the Transportation Model are mentioned. The third part of fuzzy logic and fuzzy linear programming emergence applications, Zimmermann the model and focused on Werners approaches, the fourth and the last part in Turkey Werners approach has been studied at minimal cost optimal distribution in the cement industry.
