Necmeddin et-Tûfî’nin Alemü’l-Cezel fî İlmi’l-Cedel Adlı Eserinde Cedelü’l-Kur’an.

Abstract

ÖZ

Cedelü’l-Kur’an, getirdiği delillerle muarızlarını hakikati kabule mecbur bırakarak onlarla mücadele yöntemlerini konu edinen Kur’an ilimlerinden bir ilimdir. Kur’an, belirli ilkeler doğrultusunda muarızları ile tartışmıştır. Konuyu maksadından çevirerek yanıltma yoluna gitme, tartışma esnasında kişiliğe yönelik olumsuz söylemlerde bulunma, herhangi bir bilgisi olmadan ve kesin bir delile sahip değilken tartışma, hakikatin ortaya çıkmasına rağmen inatla tartışmaya devam etme gibi yöntemler Kur’an’ın benimsemediği cedel yöntemlerindendir. Hakkındaki Şiilik iddiaları aksine Hanbelî âlimleri arasında sayılan Necmeddin Tûfî, Fıkıh/ Fıkıh Usulü, Hadis, Kelam, Dinler Tarihi gibi farklı alanlarda pek çok eser vermiş önemli bir şahsiyettir. Onu önemli kılan diğer bir özelliği de Kur’an’ı anlamaya yardımcı “Kur’an ilimleri” içerisinde kendisine yeterince yer bulamamış, Kur’an’ın tartışma metodu /Cedelü’l-Kur’an konusunda oldukça hacimli bir eser te’lif etmesidir. Tûfî, Alemü’l-Cezel fî İlmi’l-Cedel adlı eserinde, cedel kavramını doğruya ulaşmak amacı ile yapılan tartışmalar içerisinde zikrederek münazara ilmi çerçevesinde ele almıştır. Kur’an’daki cedel’i, bir delil getirme metodu olarak inceleyen Tûfî, eserinde, ayetlerden delil getirirken, muarızların iddialarını kıyaslama/karşılaştırma, men‘, nakz ve muârada metotları çerçevesinde Cedelü’l-Kur’an’ı esas alarak açıklama yoluna gitmiştir. Çalışmada Tûfî’nin Cedelü’l-Kur’an’a yaklaşımı ortaya konularak Kur’an vahyi çerçevesinde cedel’in imkânı problemi ile cedel ilminin uygulama alanı konuları da açıklığa kavuşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT

Jadal al-Qur’an, by obliging her opponents to accept the truth with the evidences it brings, is a science from the Qur’an, which deals with methods of struggle against them. The Qur’an argued with its opponents in line with certain principles. The methods such as misleading the subject by turning it on its purpose, making negative statements about the personality during the discussion, discussing without any knowledge and without definite evidence, and continuing to argue persistently despite the emergence of the truth are among the methods not adopted by the Qur’an. Contrary to the allegations of Shiism about him, Necmeddin Tufî, who is among the Hanbali scholars, is an important person who has written many works in different fields such as Fiqh / Fiqh Usulü, Hadith, Kalam and History of Religions. Another feature that makes him important is that he could not find enough place in the "sciences of the Qur'an" that helped to understand the Quran, and he described a very voluminous work on the method of discussion of the Quran / Cedelü'l-Quran. Tûfî, ın her work titled Alam al-Jazal fi Ilm al-Jadal discussed the concept of jadal within the framework of the science of debate by mentioning it in discussions made to reach the truth. It is seen in the work of Tûfi, who examines the sentence in the Qur’an as a method of bringing evidence, while bringing evidence from the verses, he uses three methods to explain the allegations of the opponents, namely comparison, ban, nakz and muârada. In the study, by putting forth the approach of Tûfî to Jadal al-Qur’an, the probability of jadal within the framework of revelation, and the application area of the science of jadal were tried to be clarified.
