TAV FIRINLARINDA KOK GAZI YERİNE DOĞALGAZ KULLANIMININ EKONOMİK VE ÇEVRESEL SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu çalışmada, demir çelik sanayisinin haddeleme sürecinde bulunan tav fırınlarının kok gazı yerine ikame yakıt olan doğalgaz kullanılması durumunda enerji, kalite, verimlilik ve çevre kazanımları incelenmiştir. Örnek bir projeksiyon hazırlanmış olup gelecek dönemler için üretim planı hedefi doğrultusunda senaryo analizi çalışılmıştır. Tav fırınları için modernizasyon yatırımının olurluluğu, yatırımın geri ödeme süresi gibi mühendislik ekonomisi yöntemleri kullanılarak kazanımlar sonucunda elde edilen toplam kar ile hesaplanır. Ayrıca tav fırınlarında, kok gazı kullanılması halinde açığa çıkan emisyon miktarı ve doğalgaz kullanılması halinde açığa çıkması öngörülen emisyon miktarı karşılaştırılmaktadır. Buna ek olarak, çevreye sağlanan fayda belirlenmektedir.

ABSTRACT

In this study, the energy, quality, efficiency and environmental gains of the reheating furnace in the rolling process of the iron and steel industry has been investigated by using natural gas as a substitute fuel instead of coke gas. A sample projection has been prepared and scenario analysis has been studied in line with the production plan target for the future periods. The feasibility of the modernization investment for reheating furnaces is calculated with the total profit as a result of the gains by using engineering economics methods such as the self-paying time of the investment. In the reheating furnaces, the amount of emission that is released when coke gas is used and the amount of emission that is predicted to be released if natural gas is used are compared. In addition to these, the benefit provided to the environment is determined.
