KARABÜK İL SINIRLARI İÇERİSİNDE İNŞA EDİLEN YAPILARDA KARŞILAŞILAN ÖNEMLİ GEOTEKNİK SORUNLARIN İRDELENMESİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Günümüzde yapılaşma ihtiyacının artmasıyla deprem etkilerinin, yapı-temel ve yapı-çevre etkileşimlerinin önemi artmakta dolayısıyla da Zemin ve Temel Etüt Raporu’nun önemi gün geçtikçe daha da artmaktadır. Bu raporlardaki değerlendirmeye altlık oluşturan bilgiler ve teknik değerlendirmelerin, planlanan yapının tasarımından maliyet ve emniyetine kadar ki birçok usundaki etkisi göz ardı edilemeyecek bir önemdedir. Bu sebeple raporların teknik değerlendirmesi yanında altlık oluşturan parametrelerin kalitesi ve güvenilirliği oldukça önemlidir. Ancak genel bir değerlendirme ile “Zemin ve Temel Etüdü Veri Raporu” ve “Zemin ve Temel Etüdü Geoteknik Raporu” incelemelerine ve analizlerine gereken özenin verilmediğini söylemek mümkündür. Bu çalışmada, Karabük ili özelinde seçilen bazı geoteknik projeler, arazi araştırmaları, laboratuvar çalışmaları, geoteknik hesaplar ve geoteknik öneriler bağlamında irdelenerek yaygın hatalar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda konuyla ilgili yönetmelikler ve çeşitli bilimsel kriter göz önünde bulundurularak her bir rapordaki tanımlanan problemin oluşma nedenleri, geoteknik analizler ve önerilen çözümler tartışmaya açılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlardan yola çıkılarak Karabük ili özelinde hazırlanan geoteknik raporlarda yapılan yayığın hatalar tespit edilerek genel değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Ve bulunan hata ve eksikliklerin ortadan kaldırılması için tavsiyeler ve çözüm yolları sunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT

Today, with the increase in demand for housing, the importance of earthquake effects, structure-foundation and structure-environment interactions is increasing thus the importance of the soil and foundation investigation report is increasing day by day. The effects of the information and technical analysis that form the basis for the evaluation process in these reports, from the design of the planned structure to the cost and safety, are of undeniable importance. Therefore, besides the technical evaluation of the reports, the quality and reliability of the parameters forming the basis are very significant. However, with a general evaluation, it is possible to say that the due care has not been exercised to the investigations and analyses of the "Soil and Foundation Investigation Data Report" and "Soil and Foundation Investigation Geotechnical Report". In this study, some geotechnical projects selected in Karabuk province were investigated in the light of field surveys, laboratory studies, geotechnical calculations and geotechnical proposals, and common mistakes were tried to be obtained. In this context, the reasons for the rising of the problem defined in each report, geotechnical analysis, and proposed solutions were opened for discussion, considering the relevant regulations and various scientific criteria. Based on the results obtained, common mistakes in geotechnical reports prepared specifically for Karabük province were determined and general evaluations were carried out and some recommendations and solutions were offered to prevent the mistakes or deficiencies.
