Kırgız Şair Kalıgul Bay Uulu ve Şiirlerinde Muhteva

Abstract

ÖZ Kırgız Türkleri, tarih boyunca pek çok olaylar yaşamış ve bu yaşanan serüvenler sonucunda büyük bir kültürel miras ile günümüze gelmiştir. Kırgızlar, tarih sahnesine çıktıklarından beri başta Türkî kavimler olmak üzere pek çok milletle savaşmış ya da egemenliği altına girmiştir. Kırgızların bu devlet kurma, devleti idare etme ve devlet yönetme kabiliyetleri dışında büyük eserler bırakan ve topluma mâl olan şahsiyetler de yetiştirmiştir. Bu şahsiyetlerin en başında da Kalıgul Bay Ulu gelmektedir. Kalıgul, toplum için sanat algısıyla eserler veren ve kendini sanatçı ya da şair olarak görmeyen önemli bir Kırgız büyüğüdür. Sözlü geleneğin en önemli temsilcisi olarak anlatılan Kalıgul ayrıca Zamane Edebiyatının kurucusu olarak da kabul görmektedir. Onun eserleri ve derin felsefi yönleri olan sözleri toplumun her kesimi için bir pusula niteliğindedir. Kalıgul sadece bu tarz eserler vererek hayatını sürdürmüş aynı zamanda devlet idaresinde de yer almıştır. Dönemin devlet adamları tarafından itibar gören Kalıgul onların danışmanlığını da üstlenmiştir. Ormon Han’a çekinmeden düşüncelerini söyleyen, Ormon Han’ı eleştiren Kalıgul bilgelik yönünü de kullanmıştır. Aynı zamanda bilge kişilik Kalıgul; şairlik, danışmanlık yapmanın yanı sıra günümüzün STK algısıyla o dönemde medrese açma, komşu ülkeler ile ara buluculuk yapma gibi görevler de üstlenmekten çekinmemiştir. Bu çalışmada Kalıgul’un pek şiiri incelenerek Türkiye Türkçesine çevrilmiştir. Şiirlerinde yer verdiği belli başlı temaları incelemek amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışmada temalar; dinî, tarihî ve siyasî, sosyal temalar olmak üzere üç ana başlığa ayrılıp her bir temanın altında o temaya ilişkin temler şairin eserlerinden hareketle tek tek değerlendirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The Kyrgyz Turks have experienced many events throughout history and as a result of these adventures, they have come to the present with a great cultural heritage. Since the Kyrgyz came to the stage of history, they have fought or have dominatedly by many nations, especially the Turkic tribes. In addition to the Kyrgyz's ability to establish a state, to manage the state, and to govern the state, it has also raised personalities that have left great works andsocially prominent persons. Kalıgul Bay Uulu comes first among these personalities. Kalıgul is an important Kyrgyz elder who works with the perception of art for the society and does not see himself as an artist or a poet. Described as the most important representative of the oral tradition, Kalıgul is also regarded as the founder of Zamane Literature. His works and words with deep philosophical aspects are a compass for all segments of society. Kalıgul not only continued his life by producing such works, but also took part in the state administration. Kalıgul, who was respected by the statesmen of the period, also undertaken their consultancy. Kalıgul, who spoke his thoughts to Ormon Han without hesitation and criticized him, also used the wisdom side. At the same time, the wise personality Kalıgul; In addition to being a consultant, poetry did not hesitate to undertake tasks such as opening madrasas and mediating with neighboring countries, with the perception of today's CSO. In this study, many of Kalıgul's poems were examined and translated into Turkey Turkish. The themes in this study, which was prepared to examine the main themes in his poems; Religious, historical, political, and social themes are divided into three main headings, and the themes related to that theme under each theme are evaluated one by one based on the works of the poet.
