Mimari Yapıların Turizm Üzerine Etkileri: Bakü Örneği

Abstract

ÖZ Turizm özellikle II. Dünya savaşından sonra boş kalan atıl uçakların kullanılması, gelir artışı ve boş zamanın artmasından sebebiyle ülkelerin ekonomisinde kendisine büyük pay bulan sektörler arasına girmiştir. Turizmin ülkelerin ekonomilerine sağladığı büyük katkıdan dolayı ülkeler bu sektöre önem vermektedir. Turizm sektörü ülkelerin sahip olduğu mimari yapılarla da yakından ilgili olduğu söyleyebiliriz. İnsanlar diğer ülkelerin mimarisini merak etmekte ve bu maksatla ziyaret etmekteler. Bu bağlamda ülkeler artık sahip oldukları mimari yapıları ister korumak, geliştirmek isterse de turistleri çekmek adına mimari yapılara önemi artırmaktalar. Bu hususta çalışmamızda Mimar yapıların turizm üzerinde etkisini Bakü şehri ölçeğinde ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın yapıldığı Azerbaycan’ın başkenti olan Bakü şehrinde UNESCO’nun Dünya Miras Listesinde yer alan tarihi yapıları bulunmakla beraber ayrıca modern ve dini yapılarda mevcuttur. Şehirde tarihi yapıların korunması işlerinin yanı sıra yeni, modern, Müslüman, Hıristiyan ve Yahudilerin ibadetlerini yapmaları için dini yapılar da yapılmaktadır. Bu sebeple Bakü’de yaşayan üniversite çalışanları, devlet turizm acentesi çalışanları, turizm alanında kamu ve özel sektör çalışanları ve yerel halka şehirdeki çalışmamız dahilinde seçtiğimiz yapıların turizm açısından etkisinin ölçülmesi maksadıyla, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğine göre hazırlanmış, iki bölümden ibaret mülakat forumu vasıtasıyla görüşme uygulanmıştır.

ABSTRACT Especially tourism has become one of the sectors that have large share in the economy of the countries, due to the idle use of aircraft increasing income and liesure time, which was idle after the second World War. Countries attach importance to this sector due to the great contribution of tourism to the economy of countries. We can say that the tourism sector is closely related to the architectural structures of countries. People are curious about the architecture of other countries and visit it for this purpose. In this context, countries are now increasing the importance of architectural structures in order to protect and develop their architectural structures to attract tourists. In this regard in our study the effect of architec buildings on tourism has been discussed on the scale of Baku city. In the city of Baku the capital of Azerbaijan where the research was conducted , there are historical buldings on the UNESCO World Heritage List as well as modern and religous buildings. In addition on the preservation of historical buildings in the city, religous buildings are also built for the worship of new, modern, Muslims, Christians and Jews. For this reason, in order to measure the effect of university employees, living Baku state tourism agency employees, public and private sector employees in the field of tourism and the local people in terms of tourism, the buildings we chose within our study in the city were prepared according to the semi-structured interview technique , and the interview was conducted through on interview forum consisting of two parts.
