Kültürel Mirasın Aktarımında Bir Araç Olarak Kitap Resimleri

Abstract

ÖZ

Yüzlerce tanıma sahip olan kültür en kısa tanımıyla bir ülkenin kimliğini oluşturan öğelerin tamamıdır. Bu öğeler geçmiş ile gelecek kuşaklar arasında birer köprü görevi üstlenir. Geçmiş kuşaklardan miras olarak kalan tüm bu kültürel öğeler çeşitli yollarla gelecek kuşaklara aktarılmaktadır. Bu sayede ülkeler ve milletler kimliklerini korur ve yok olmaktan kurtulurlar. Araştırma kapsamında kültürel mirasın aktarılması ve bu aktarım yollarından biri olan kitap resimlerinin rolü incelenmiştir. Bir yüzey sanatı olan resim ve onun tarihi ele alınmış, tarihsel süreç içerisinde yaşadığı yolculuk incelenmiş ve kitap resimleri kapsamında konu özel olarak araştırılmıştır. Nitel yöntem kullanılarak yapılan araştırmada literatür taranmış, incelenmiş ve araştırma kapsamında bu incelemelere yer verilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bir çalışma grubu belirlenerek yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemiyle görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu görüşmelerden elde edilen sonuçlara tez çalışması kapsamında yer verilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda somut ve somut olmayan kültürel mirasın kitap resimleriyle aktarılabileceği, özellikle somut olmayan kültürel miras öğelerinin bu yöntem ile daha kalıcı hale geleceği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Kitap resimlerinin kültürel miras aktarımında önemli bir rol oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT

Culture, which has hundreds of definitions, is the whole of the elements that make up the identity of a country in its shortest definition. These elements act as a bridge between the past and future generations. All these cultural elements inherited from past generations are transferred to future generations in various ways. In this way, countries and nations preserve their identities and avoid extinction. Within the scope of the research, the transfer of cultural heritage and the role of book pictures, which is one of the ways of this transfer, were examined. Painting, which is a surface art, and its history were discussed, the journey he lived through in the historical process was examined, and the subject was specifically researched within the scope of book illustrations. In the research conducted using the qualitative method, the literature was scanned, examined and these studies were included in the research. At the same time, a working group was determined and interviews were conducted with semi-structured interview method and the results obtained from these interviews were included in the thesis study. As a result of the findings, it has been concluded that tangible and intangible cultural heritage can be transferred with book illustrations, especially intangible cultural heritage items will become more permanent with this method. It has been determined that book illustrations play an important role in the transfer of cultural heritage.
