Bütünleşik Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanım Modeli Bağlamında e-Nabız Sistemine Yönelik Bir Analiz

Abstract

ÖZ Bu araştırma e-Nabız kullanıcılarından olan hekimlerin kabul ve kullanım niyeti ve davranışlarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri üniversite hastanelerinde görev yapmakta olan 388 hekimden elektronik anket kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada bütünleşik teknoloji kabul ve kullanım modelinin güncel versiyonu kullanılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak model uyumu test edilmiştir. Veriler normallik ve güvenilirlik analizini takiben, frekans analizi, bağımsız iki örnek t testi, tek yönlü ANOVA testi, pearson korelasyon analizi, yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve yol analizi yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, cinsiyete göre kişisel teknolojik yenilikçilik boyutu ve yaş gruplarına göre sosyal etki, kaygı ve davranış niyeti boyutunun ortalama değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Deneyime göre sosyal etki, alışkanlık, kaygı, kişisel teknolojik yenilikçilik ve kullanım davranışının ortalama değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz sonucuna göre performans beklentisi, alışkanlık, kaygı, kişisel teknolojik yenilikçilik ve iş akışı boyutları kullanım niyetinin belirleyicileri, davranış niyeti, alışkanlık, kolaylaştırıcı koşullar ve kaygı ise kullanım davranışının belirleyicisi olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın teknoloji kabul ve kullanımına ilişkin faktörlerin belirlenmesinde literatüre katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuç ve önerileri bağlamında gerekli iyileştirmeler gerçekleştirilerek e-Nabız sistemin etkili ve verimli kullanılmasına yönelik uygulamaya da katkı sağlayabilir.

ABSTRACT This research was carried out to determine the factors affecting the acceptance and usage intention and behaviors of physicians who are e-Nabız users. Research data were obtained from 388 physicians working in university hospitals using an electronic questionnaire. The current version of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology was used in the study. Model fit was tested by using the structural equation model. Following the normality and reliability analysis, the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, independent two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA test, pearson correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis methods using structural equation modeling As a result of the research, a statistically significant difference was found between the mean values of personal technological innovation dimension according to gender and social impact, anxiety and behavioral intention dimension according to age groups. A statistically significant difference was found between the mean values of social influence, habit, anxiety, personal technological innovation and usage behavior according to experience. According to the results of the analysis with the structural equation model, the dimensions of performance expectation, habit, anxiety, personal technological innovation and workflow were found to be the determinants of usage intention, while behavioral intention, habit, facilitating conditions and anxiety were found to be the determinants of usage behavior. It is thought that the research will contribute to the literature in determining the factors related to technology acceptance and use. In addition, necessary improvements can be made in the context of research results and suggestions, and it can contribute to the practice of using the e-Nabız system effectively and efficiently.
