Eyyûbîzâde Mustafa El-Bosnevî’nin Şerhu’l-‘Avâmili’l-Mie Adlı Yazma Eserinin Tahkik Ve Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

ÖZET “Eyyûbîzâde Mustafa el-Bosnevî’nin Şerhu’l-‘Avâmili’l-mie Adlı Yazma Eserinin Tahkik Ve Değerlendirilmesi” başlıklı bu tez Karabük Üniversitesi Temel İslam Bilimleri Ana Bilim Dalı’na yüksek lisans tezi olarak sunulmuştur. Tezi giriş ve onunla ilgili kısımlardan sonra iki bölüme ayrıldı. Birinci bölümde öncelikle Şeyh Cürcânî’nin şahsi ve ilmî özelliklerini kapsayan kısa bir biyografisi verildi. Devamında Şeyh Mûstârî’nin kapsamlı bir biyografisini ortaya koyabilmek için onun adı, yetiştiği ortam, seyahatleri, hocaları, öğrencileri, ahlakı ve alimlerin onun hakkındaki övgüleri; fıkıh, akide ve nahivdeki mezhebi, eserleri ve son olarak da vefat tarihi yazıldı. Bu bölümün sonunda yazma eser üzerinde bir değerlendirme yapıldı. Bu yazmanın farklı nüshaları birbirleriyle karşılaştırılarak aralarındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar açıklandı. Eserin müellife aidiyetinin doğruluğu ortaya konuldu. Sonra müellifin eserdeki yöntemi ve kaynakları açıklandı. Son olarak da tahkikte değerlendirilen nüshaların özellikleri açıklandı. İkinci bölüm üzerinde çalışılan yazma eserin tahkiki hakkındadır. Şerhu’l-`avâmil adlı eser semâî ve kıyâsî amillerin açıklamasını içermektedir. Bunlar yüz âmildir. Bunları İmâm Cürcânî net bir çerçeve içerisinde düzenlemiştir. Alimler de çeşitli şerhler ve açıklamalar yaparak bu esere ilgi göstermiştir. Bunlardan biri de Mûstârî’dir. Öncelikle metnin tahkiki ilmi bir tahkik olarak yapılmıştır. Eserin metni şerhinden, parantezlerden, koyu kırmızı renkten düzgünce temyiz edilip metni doğru şekilde ayrıldı. Sonra Kur’an ayetlerinin geçtiği yerler, hadislerin tahrici, özel isimlerin ve anlaşılması zor ifadelerin açıklaması, alıntı yapılan ifadelerin alındıkları kaynağın tespiti ve bu alıntıların doğru şekilde nakli yapıldı. Metne açıklayıcı başlıklar ekleyip uygun şekilde paragraflara ayrıldı. Noktalama işaretleri eklendi ve sayfalar numaralandırıldı. Esere birkaç fihrist eklendi. Bunlar: Kaynakça, ayetler fihristi, hadisler fihristi, özel isimler fihristi ve şiir beyitleri fihristi şeklinde eklendi. Çalışmanın sonunda araştırmacının tez hakkındaki değerlendirmeleri yer aldı. Bu değerli kitabı gün ışığına çıkararak, Yüce Allah’tan ilim ehli ve talebeleri arasında yayılmasını, dünyada ve ahirette kabul edilmesini niyaz ederiz.

ABSTRACT The researcher submittes this thesis under the name (Achieving and Evaluating the Explanation of the Hundred Factors, by Ayoubizadeh Mustafa Al-Bosnawi), in order to obtain a master’s degree, in the Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, at the University of Karabuk. After the introduction and previous studies and its elements, the thesis is divided into two parts. The beginning is with a brief translation of Sheikh Al-Jurjani, which includes the most important elements that illustrate his biography and science, in the first chapter. The second chapter presents a comprehensive translation of Sheikh Ayoubi Zadeh, in which is showed his name, upbringing, his travels, his sheikhs and students, his morals and the scholars’ praise of him, and his jurisprudential, creed and grammar doctrine, his works, and finally: the date of his death. In the third chapter, the researcher studies the manuscript, and explaines the related copies of the manuscript, the contrast between its copies, documenting its name and attributing it to the author, then the researcher presents the author’s approach and sources in it, then the researcher describes the copies adopted in the investigation. The second section of the treatise is to verify the manuscript, which are one hundred factors, organized by Imam Al-Jurjani in a sober wire. The researcher comes to him with explanation and clarification, and among them is Ayoubi Zadeh, so the researcher first investigates the text as a scientific investigation; From adjusting the text in the important way, distinguishing the text from the explanation with brackets and dark red color, controlling it literally, then attributing the Qur’anic verses, extracting the prophetic hadiths, translating the flags, clarifying ambiguous words, documenting the texts transmitted from their sources, extracting it in a sound manner free from errors and distortions, adding titles, the clarification of the paragraphs, and the confirmation of punctuation marks that remove ambiguity. The thesis is appended with the necessary indexes for it, the first is an index of sources and references, then an index of verses, an index of hadiths, an index of flags, and an index of poetic verses. After that, the thesis is concluded by the results trying to bring this book to the light and make it accessible to the people and its seekers and acceptable in the world and the hereafter
