İç Girişimcilik ile Yenilik Yönelimi Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

ÖZ

Araştırmada devlet üniversitesinde görev yapmakta olan öğretim üyelerinin iç girişimcilik ve yenilik yönelimi arasındaki ilişkileri incelenmek istenmiş olup, iç girişimcilik ve alt boyutları ile yenilik yönelimi arasındaki ilişkiler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı kapsamında Karabük Üniversitesi’ndeki 280 öğretim üyesinden anket aracılığı ile veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizleri için Bağımsız Örneklem T-Testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA ve Pearson Korelasyon yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda iç girişimcilik ve yenilik yönelimi arasındaki ilişkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadığı anlaşılmıştır. İç girişimcilik alt boyutlarından yenilik alt boyutu ile yenilik yönelimi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiş olup, iç girişimciliğin diğer alt boyutları olan risk alma, proaktiflik ve özerklik alt boyutları ile yenilik yönelimi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. İç girişimcilikte cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, unvan, çalışma alanı değişkenlerine göre farklılık olmadığı, kurumda ve iş hayatında çalışma süresine göre ise farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. Yenilik yöneliminde ise yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, unvan, kurumda ve iş hayatında çalışma süresi, çalışma alanı değişkenlerine göre farklılık görülmezken, cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılık olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırmanın temel hipotezi olan iç girişimcilik ve yenilik yönelimi arasında ilişkinin olduğu savı istatistiksel olarak kanıtlanamamıştır. İç girişimcilik ve yenilik yönelimi arasında ilişkinin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaştığına yönelik oluşturulan ikinci ve üçüncü hipotezler de istatistiki açıdan kısmen kanıtlanmıştır.

ABSTRACT

In the research, it was aimed to examine the relationships between intrapreneurship and innovation orientation of faculty members working at a state university, and the relationships between intrapreneurship and its sub-dimensions and innovation orientation were tried to be determined. Within the scope of the research, data were collected from 280 faculty members at Karabuk University through a questionnaire. Independent Sample T-Test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation methods were used for the analysis of the collected data. As a result of the research, it was understood that the relationship between intrapreneurship and innovation orientation was not statistically significant. It has been determined that there is a significant relationship between the innovation sub-dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of intrapreneurship, and innovation orientation. It has been observed that there is no difference in intrapreneurship according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, education level, title, work area, but there is a difference according to the working time in the institution and business life. On the other hand, while there is no difference in innovation orientation according to age, marital status, educational status, title, working time in the institution and business life, and field of work, there is a difference according to the gender variable. The claim that there is a relationship between intrapreneurship and innovation orientation, which is the main hypothesis of the research, could not be proved statistically. The second and third hypotheses that the relationship between intrapreneurship and innovation orientation differ according to demographic variables have also been partially proven statistically.
