ÖZEL KALİTE FİLMAŞİNLERİN TRANSFERİNDE KULLANILACAK TAŞIMA SİSTEMİ TASARIMI

Abstract

ÖZET

Sıcak haddelenerek üretimi yapılan, genellikle yuvarlak veya alternatif olarak yarı yuvarlak, kare, dikdörtgen ve altıgen kesitlerde olup soğuk çekme için kullanılan kangal halindeki yarı mamül metal çubuk olarak adlandırılan filmaşin ürünlerin üretimi son dönemde oldukça artmıştır. Geniş kullanım alanına sahip olan filmaşinler; sanayide inşaat donatısı (etriye, gönye, pilye, çiroz vb.), tel, çelik hasır, çivi, yüksek mukavametli tel, yay, halat, civata-somun-vida, kaynak teli ve elektrodu üretimi başta olmak üzere bir çok ürünün üretiminde kullanılmaktadır.

Kangal yani filmaşin, sürekli dökümlerden gelen kütüklerin bir ön tavlama fırınında tavlandıktan sonra hadde tezgahlarından geçirilerek istenilen kesitte ve boyutta yarı mamül ve mamul ürünleri elde edilerek pek çok sektörün kullanımına uygun şekilde ticari ve özel kalitede üretilebilmektedir. Özel kalite çelikler farklı kimyasal kompozisyonlarda üretilen; lastik teli, rulman, yay, otomat ve kaynak teli çeliği vb. gibi çeliklerdir. Özel kalite çeliklerin üretim hattından çıktıktan sonra stok alanına ve satış sonrası da müşteriye sevk edilmesinde hasarlanmalar ortaya çıkabilmektedir.

Bu çalışmada, kangal haddehanelerinden çıkan özel kalite kangalların stoklanması ve sevk edilmesinde meydana gelen hasarlanmalardan bahsedilmiş olup, hasarlanmaları minimize etmek için özel stok alanlarının oluşturulması ve ürünlerin farklı taşıma sistemleri kullanılarak sevk edilmesi konusu üzerinde durulmuştur.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; özel kalite kangalların transferinde kullanılmak üzere stok alanlarının oluşturulması ve kangal taşınmasına uygun manyetik kaldırma aparatı entegreli gezer köprülü tavan vinci tasarımının yapılması ve bir örnek tasarım hesabı ele alınmasıdır.

The production of wire rod products, which are produced by hot rolling, generally in round or alternatively semi-round, square, rectangular and hexagonal sections and called semi-finished metal rods in coils used for cold drawing, has increased considerably in recent years. Wire rods, which have a wide usage area; It is used in the production of many products, especially in the production of construction equipment (stirrup, miter, bent, tie, tie, etc.), wire, steel mesh, nails, high-strength wire, spring, rope, bolt-nut-screw, welding wire and electrode in industry. In addition to these, the splined shaft of agricultural machinery, concrete crusher tip, etc. It is also used in the construction of parts that must be resistant to impact and abrasion, such as laminar springs, due to its fatigue resistance. Coil, that is, wire rod, can be produced in commercial and special quality in accordance with the use of many sectors by obtaining semi-finished and finished products in the desired cross-section and size by passing the billets from continuous castings in a pre-annealing furnace after being annealed. Special quality steels produced in different chemical compositions; tire wire, bearing, spring, automation and welding wire steel, etc. such as steel. Damages may occur when special quality steels are shipped to the stock area after leaving the production line and to the customer after sales. In this study, the damages that occur in the stocking and shipping of special quality coils coming out of the coil rolling mills are mentioned, and the creation of special stock areas in order to minimize the damage and the shipment of the products using different transportation systems are emphasized. The aim of this study; creation of stock areas to be used in the transfer of special quality coils and design of a overhead overhead crane with integrated magnetic lifting apparatus suitable for carrying coils and discussing a sample calculation.
