VARYASYONEL İTERASYON METODU VE UYGULAMALARI

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu çalışmada, Varyasyonel iterasyon metodu (VİM) incelenmiştir. VİM lineer veya lineer olmayan diferansiyel denklemlerin yaklaşık çözümlerini bulmakta kullanılmaktadır. VİM tanıtılmış, daha sonra bazı uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. İkinci mertebeden sabit katsayılı diferansiyel denklemler için Lagrange çarpanının bulunuş yöntemi belirlenmiştir. Lagrange çarpanının ve ilk yaklaşım fonksiyonunun metodun başarısına etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Laplace dönüşüm formülleri, Sumudu ve Elzaki dönüşüm formüllerinin de VİM ile bulunabileceği gösterilmiş ve bu formüllere ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca bu yöntemle kompleks diferansiyel denklemler de çözülmüştür. Son olarak VİM ile matematikte çok bilinen ve önemli sonuçları olan Airy denklemi, Burgers’ denklemi ve KdV denklemlerinin çözümlerine ulaşılmıştır.

ABSTRACT

In this study, the variational iteration method (VIM) was investigated. VIM is used to find approximate solutions of linear or non-linear differential equations. VIM was introduced, and then some of its applications were included. The method of finding the Lagrange multiplier has been determined for the second order differential equations with constant coefficients. The effect of the Lagrange multiplier and the first approximation function on the success of the method is emphasized. It has been shown that Laplace transform formulas, Sumudu and Elzaki transform formulas can also be found with VIM and these formulas have been reached. In addition, complex differential equations are solved with this method. Finally, the solutions of Airy equation, Burgers' equation and KdV equations, which are well known and have important results in mathematics, have been reached with VIM.
