GRAFEN VE ARAMİD TAKVİYELİ EPOKSİ MATRİSLİ HİBRİT KOMPOZİTLERİN MEKANİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu çalışmada, grafen miktarının dokuma aramid fiber epoksi kompozitlerin mekanik özelliklerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında %0.25, %0,5, %1 ve %2 olmak üzere 4 farklı oranda grafen nanopartikül epoksi matris içerisine ilave edildikten sonra mekanik karıştırılarak el yatırma ve vakum infüzyon yöntemiyle 5 katlı grafen/aramid/epoksi kompozit plakalar üretilmiştir. Üretilen kompozit plakaların mekanik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla üç nokta eğme ve çekme test numuneleri standartlara göre su jeti ile kesilerek testler uygulanmıştır, Mikro yapı incelemeleri makro mikroskopta yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda Kompozitlerin mikro yapılarında aglomerasyonun oluştuğu kompozite ilave edilen grafenin eğilme dayanımı ve eğilme modülünü arttırdığı en yüksek eğme gerilmesinin %1 grafen ilave edilen numunelerde görülürken, Yapılan çekme testleri sonrasında en yüksek çekme dayanımının katkısız numunede olduğu %0.25 grafen ilavesinden sonra çekme dayanımının yapıda oluşan aglomerasyona bağlı olarak düştüğü görülmüştür.
