Rahimcan Otarbayev’in Baş İsimli Romanında Yabancılaşma

Abstract

ÖZ Problem başlığı olarak Modern Kazak edebiyatının önemli yazarlarından Rahimcan Otarbayev’in Türkiye Türkçesine de aktarılan Baş adlı romanını belirlemiştir. Anılan romanda Türkiye sahasına benzer bir biçimde toplum hayatında meydana gelen olumsuz değişme hallerine dönük çarpıcı değerlendirmeler çözümlenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Çalışma dört bölüm olarak planlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde romanın yazarı Rahimcan Otarbayev’in biyografisi ve sanatı üzerinde genel bir değerlendirme yapılmaktadır. Yazarın Kazak edebiyatında konumlandığı yer bakımından değerlendirildiği birinci bölüm problemin anlaşılmasını sağlayacak her türden detayı içerecek şekilde hazırlanmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde en genel amaç, edebi bir tür olan romanda toplumsal hayatın yansımalarını anlama çabasıdır. Bu çabanın gereği olarak bu bölümde türün tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiştir. Roman türünün tarihsel gelişim sürecinde geçirdiği safhalarla özellikle Kazak edebiyatında roman türünün gelişimi ve Rus edebiyatının bu gelişimdeki etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Yazarın bu türe ilişkin düşüncesi de bu bölümde ele alınmaktadır. İkinci bölümün sonunda Baş romanının özeti yapılmıştır. Tez çalışmasının üçüncü bölümünde çalışmanın en temel kavramı olan yabancılaşma üzerine değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Bu kavram en genel hatlarından başlanılarak Kazak toplumundaki tarihi ve toplumsal seyrine kadar ele alınmıştır. Bölümün son kısmında Kazak toplumundaki yabancılaşma tarihi dönemlerin dinamiklerinden hareketle sınıflandırılarak verilmektedir. Tez çalışmasının son bölümünde yabancılaşma kavramı çalışmanın iddiası gereği Rahimcan Otarbayev’in Baş isimli romanı üzerinden irdelenmektedir. Romanın karakterleri, topluma ve kültüre dönük yabancılaşma biçimleri eserdeki olay örgüsünden hareketle anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Kazak toplumunun sadece edebiyatın konusu olacak nitelikte hayali bir yabancılaşma değil, tarihi gerçekliklerin de şahitliğinde gerçek bir yabancılaşma süreci yaşadığı görülmektedir.

ABSTRACT This study determined the novel Head, which was translated into Turkey Turkish, by Rahimcan Otarbayev, one of the important writers of Modern Kazakh literature, as the problem title. In the aforementioned novel, striking evaluations about the negative changes that occur in social life, similar to the field of Turkey, are tried to be analyzed. The study is planned as four parts. In the first part of the study, a general evaluation is made on the biography and art of Rahimcan Otarbayev, the author of the novel. The first chapter, in which the author is evaluated in terms of his position in Kazakh literature, has been tried to be prepared to include all kinds of details that will enable the problem to be understood. In the second part of the study, the most general aim is to try to understand the reflections of social life in the novel, which is a literary genre. As a requirement of this effort, the historical development of the genre is examined in this section. The development of the novel genre in Kazakh literature and the effect of Russian literature on this development are emphasized, with the stages that the novel genre has gone through in its historical development process. The author's thoughts on this genre are also discussed in this section. At the end of the second part, a summary of the Head novel is made. In the third part of the thesis, evaluations were made on alienation, which is the most basic concept of the study. This concept has been discussed from its most general lines to its historical and social course in Kazakh society. At the end of the chapter, the concept of alienation is given by classifying it based on the dynamics of historical periods in Kazakh society. In the last part of the thesis, the concept of alienation is examined through Rahimcan Otarbayev's novel Head. The characters of the novel, the forms of alienation towards society and culture have been tried to be understood based on the plot in the work. It is seen that Kazakh society has not only experienced an imaginary alienation that will be the subject of literature, but also a real alienation process witnessed by historical realities.
