İran ve Türkiye Devletleri Üzerinden Siyasal İslam’ın Ulus-Devletler Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Karşılaştırmalı Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

ÖZ Yaygın olarak 19. yüzyıldaki Müslüman dünyasında yeşerdiği düşünülen siyasal İslam’ın aslında çok daha derin bir mazisi vardır. Fakat böylesine bir kanıya ancak siyasetin ve İslam’ın ne olduğunun anlaşılması sonucu varılabilir. Bu doğrultuda insanlığın dünyadaki varlığıyla siyaset kavramının doğuşu arasında bağ kurulması oldukça önemlidir. Ayrıca insanlığın gelişimi ile siyaset kavramının genişlemesi arasında da bağ olduğu unutulmamalıdır. İnsanın dünyaya gelmesinden sonra gelişerek uygarlık seviyesine ulaşması siyaset kavramına farklı anlamlar kazandırmıştır. Siyaset insan, toplum, örgüt ve devlet boyutlarında geniş anlamlar içermiştir. Bu çerçevede İslam incelendiğinde onun başlı başına bir siyasal unsur olduğu görülecektir. Netice itibariyle İslam psikolojik, sosyolojik ve siyasal bir din olarak tüm yapıyı ele almaktadır. Bu bilgilerin çatısı altında İran ve Türkiye üzerinde siyasal İslam’ın ulus devletler üzerindeki etkileri karşılaştırılmıştır. Bir tarafta ulema liderliğinde İslam Devrimi yaşanırken diğer tarafta yönünü Avrupa’ya çevirmiş aydın kadroların liderliğinde Türk Devrimi yaşanmıştır. Her iki devlette siyasal İslam’ın etkisinin karşılaştırmalı değerlendirilmesini konu alan bu çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölüm’de siyaset ve İslam açıklanarak siyasal İslam’ın tanımı yapılmıştır. İkinci Bölüm’de siyasal İslam’ın uygulanmasında farklılıklara yol açan sebeplerden biri olan İslam’daki hizipleşme konusu ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü Bölüm’de İran; Dördüncü Bölüm’de ise Türkiye devletindeki siyasal İslam’ın gelişimi ve etkileri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucu elde edilen tespit ve kanaatler sonuç kısmında gösterilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Commonly political Islam, which is thought to have flourished in the Muslim world in the 19th century, actually has a much deeper past. But such an opinion can be reached only as a result of understanding what politics and Islam are. In this direction, it is very important to establish a connection between the existence of humanity in the world and the birth of the concept of politics. Moreover it should not be forgotten that there is also a connection between the development of humanity and the expansion of the concept of politics. Humans reach the level of civilization by developing after their birth gave different meanings to the concept of politics has given different meanings to the concept of politics. Politics man, society, organization and the state contains wide meanings in its dimensions. In this context, when Islam is examined, it is in its own right it will be seen that there is a political element. As a result, Islam considers the entire structure as a psychological, sociological and political religion. Under the roof of this information on Iran and Turkey the effects of political Islam on nation states are compared. While the Islamic Revolution took place under the leadership of the ulama on the one hand, the Turkish Revolution took place under the leadership of enlightened cadres who turned their direction to Europe on the other. The influence of political Islam in both states this study, which is about comparative evaluation, consists of four chapters. In the First Chapter, politics and Islam are explained and the definition of political Islam is made. In the Second Chapter the issue of factionalization in Islam, which is one of the reasons that lead to differences in the implementation of political Islam, is discussed. Iran in the Third Chapter; Turkey in the Fourth Chapter the development and effects of political Islam in the state are discussed. The result of the study obtained the findings and opinions are shown in the conclusion section.
