2003-2022 YILLARI ARASINDA 12 ILE 18 YAŞ ARALIĞINDA OLANLARIN DAVRANIŞLARINI YÖNLENDIRMEDE KUR’AN VE SÜNNETIN ROLÜ: MUSUL ÖRNEĞI

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aims to identify the methodology of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah in promoting positive behaviors and evaluating negative behavior among the 12-18 year-old groups in the Iraqi society, Nineveh as a model. The researcher sought to show the positive behaviors among the age groups and how they were directly and indirectly reinforced, with the help of Quranic Verses and Prophetic Hadiths in this reinforcement. Then came the clarification of the negative behaviors and how the Quranic and Prophetic approach had a role in evaluating these behaviors in both direct and indirect ways. Hence the problem of searching for a model solution that works on evaluating and directing the behavior of this sensitive age group. We do not find better than the Quranic and Prophetic evaluation in giving it a sound direction based on strong foundations, through which we can reveal their tendencies and persuasion, and help them solve their problems, unlike other man-made approaches that cannot meet the requirements of this category in all their details. And since that was the case, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach with its two sides (inductive and analytical), which is based on describing and depicting the studied phenomenon, by collecting information about the problem, classifying it and subjecting it to analysis and study, and developing solutions to it. As well as the documentary approach which depends on collecting information related to the topic, and then re-installing it into a scientific structure that is appropriate with the nature of the research. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which are: right behavior from the point of view of Islamic Law is everything that agrees with the Sharia (Islamic Constitution) of saying or doing, whether it is seen or not, acquired, or inherited. As for the negative behavior, it is quite the opposite. Also, the Quranic and Prophetic method has a unique approach in promoting positive behaviors in the studied age group, either directly or indirectly. Moreover, Islam, in its treatment and correction of negative behaviors, adopted the gradual approach to change. The researcher has concluded that the factors for the success of Islamic Education in societies are due to the nature of the Quranic and Prophetic method, as the former represents the theoretical side, and the latter represents the practical side. In addition, the Holy Qur’an relied on several strategies to evaluate and reinforce the behavior of the age group under study, including guidance not to commit Polytheism - worship more than one God, guidance to rely on God and surrender to Him, and guidance with humility and to feel pride in what is right. The Prophetic Sunnah also relied on several strategies to evaluate and enhance the behavior of the age group under study, including guidance to urge the performance of worship, and to bear the burdens of Da’wah (the call to God), guidance to consider and follow the previous nations, and to state their status and prestige, guidance with kindness and friendliness, and guidance with kind words.

ÖZET Bu araştırma, Irak gerçeğinde 12-18 yaşındakiler arasında olumlu davranışları teşvik etme ve olumsuz davranışları düzeltmede Kur'an-ı Kerim ve Peygamber'in Sünnetinin metodolojisini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. model olarak Ninova şehri ,Araştırmacı ise bu pekiştirmede Kur'an ayetlerini ve hadisleri kullanarak yaş grupları arasındaki olumlu davranışları ve bunların doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak nasıl pekiştirildiğini göstermeye çalışmıştır. Ardından olumsuz davranışların açıklığa kavuşturulması ve bu davranışların hem doğrudan hem de dolaylı olarak değerlendirilmesinde Kur'an ve Peygamber yönteminin nasıl bir rol oynadığı ortaya çıktı. Durum böyle olduğundan, araştırmacı, incelenen fenomeni betimlemeye ve problem hakkında bilgi toplayarak, kategorize ederek ve analize tabi tutarak betimlemeye dayanan iki bölümü (tümevarımsal ve analitik) ile betimsel yaklaşıma güvenmiştir. incelemek ve buna yönelik çözümler geliştirmek. Konuyla ilgili bilgilerin toplanması ve daha sonra araştırmanın niteliğine uygun bilimsel bir yapıya yeniden yerleştirilmesine dayanan belgesel yönteminin yanı sıra. Araştırmacı bir takım sonuçlara ulaşt, ve en önemlisi: 1.İslam hukuku açısından doğru davranış, görülen veya görünmeyen, edinilmiş veya miras alınmış olsun, söz ve fiil bakımından Şeriat'a uygun olan her şeydir, olumsuz ise tam tersidir. 2. Kur'an ve Peygamber yöntemi, incelenen yaş grubunda doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak olumlu davranışları teşvik etmede benzersiz bir yaklaşıma sahiptir. 3. İslam, olumsuz davranışları ele alırken ve değerlendirirken, kademeli değişim yaklaşımını benimsemiştir. 4.Araştırmacı, toplumlarda İslami eğitimin başarısının faktörlerinin, ilkinin teorik yönü, ikincisinin ise pratik yönü temsil ettiği için Kur'an ve Peygamber müfredatının doğasına atfedildiği sonucuna varmıştır. 5 .Kur'an-ı Kerim, incelenen yaş grubunun davranışlarını değerlendirmek ve geliştirmek için aşağıdakiler de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli stratejilere dayanıyordu.Allah'a ortak koşmamayı, Allah'a tevekkül etmeyi ve O'na teslim olmayı hidâyet ve buyruk, Mütevazı olmak emrete,hakkı gurur duymanın rehberliği. 6..Nebevi Sünnet, incelenen yaş grubunun davranışlarını değerlendirmek ve geliştirmek için aşağıdakiler de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli stratejilere dayanıyordu.İbadet performansını teşvik etmek için rehberlik, Savunuculuğun yükünü taşıma ve önceki milletleri göz önünde bulundurarak rehberlik, Bir statü ve prestij beyanı ile rehberlik, nezaket ve sevgi ile rehberlik ve güzel sözlerle rehberlik.
