KUR'AN-I KERİM VE PEYGAMBERİN SÜNNETİNDE EVLİLİK: AMAÇLAR, SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜMLER, MS 2003 SONRASI IRAK TOPLUMU ÜZERİNE UYGULAMALI BİR ÇALIŞMA, MODEL OLARAK NİNOVA

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırma, evliliğin temiz amaçları, büyük hikmeti ve beklentileri olduğu sonucuna vardı. Evlilikte Allah'ın ve Resulünün (s.a.v) emrine uymak vardır. Evlilik, İçgüdünün tatminini, arzunun yerine getirilmesi, sükûnet, şefkat ve merhamet talebi, psikolojik rahatlık, bedensel zevk, iffet ve ahlaksızlıktan korunma isteği, çocuk arzusu ve salih bir evlat ümidini içerir. Evliliğin amaçları arasında nafaka, hizmet, toplumu ölümcül cinsel hastalıklardan korumak, çocukları ve cinsiyeti korumak, aile ve sosyal uyumu korumak vardır. Evliliğin İçinde nikâh, neseb, dinin yarısını tamamlamak, ümmeti çoğaltmak ve Peygamber'in övgüsüne ulaşmak vardır. Evlilik dul kadın için mücadele etmek, yetime yardım etmek ve Peygamber'in yasakladığı bekârlıktan kaçınmaktır. İşsizlik, yoksulluk, çeyiz maliyeti, aile içi şiddet ve uyuşturucu kullanımı gibi maddi şeyler de dahil olmak üzere, 2003 yılından sonra Irak toplumunda Ninova şehrinde ortaya çıkan evlilik sorunları meydana gelmiştir. Bunlar arasında eğitim öğretimi tamamladıktan sonra evlenme fikri, elektronik gasp, teknolojinin kötüye kullanılması, sık sık aldatma ve diğerleri gibi evlilik ilişkisini etkileyen sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Bu sorunlar evliliğin öncesinde ve sonrasında yaşanan sorunları içerir. Bu sorunlar birlikte ya da bireysel olarak genç erkek ve kızların evlilikten çekinmelerine ya da evli çiftlerde evlilik ilişkisinin sona ermesine neden olabilir. Sorunlar, Kur'an ve Sünnet ışığında muamele edilerek, bir kısmı toplumun tüm kesimlerinin iş birliği, ortak çabası ve sosyal dayanışma içinde, bir kısmı da din ve inanç ahlâkını güçlendirerek tedavi ediliyor. Bazı sorunlar saltanatın ve hükümetin denetimi dışında tedavi edilmiyor.

ABSTRACT This research concluded that marriage has clear purposes, great wisdom, and expectations. In marriage, there is obedience to the orders of Allah and His Prophet. Marriage includes the satisfaction of Instinct, the fulfillment of desire, the demand for tranquility, compassion and mercy, psychological comfort, bodily pleasure, the desire for chastity and protection from immorality, the desire for a child, and the hope of a righteous child. The purposes of marriage include alimony, service, protecting the community from deadly sexual diseases, protecting children and gender, and maintaining family and social cohesion. Marriage includes marriage, lineage, completing half of the religion, multiplying the ummah and reaching the praise of the Prophet. Marriage is to fight for the widow, to help the orphan, and to avoid celibacy, which the Prophet forbade. Marriage problems emerged in the city of Nineveh in Iraqi society after 2003, including material things such as unemployment, poverty, dowry cost, domestic violence and drug use. These include issues affecting the marital relationship such as the idea of marriage after completing education, electronic extortion, abuse of technology, frequent cheating, and others. These problems include problems before and after marriage. These problems, together or individually, may cause young boys and girls to hesitate to marry or for married couples to end the marriage relationship. Problems are treated in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah, some of them are treated with the cooperation, joint effort and social solidarity of all segments of the society, and some by strengthening the morality of religion and belief. Some problems are not treated outside the control of the sultanate and government.
