1986-2021 Yılları Arası İsrail Hükümetlerinin Filistin Meselesine Yönelik Politikaları

ÖZ

Yahudiler yüzyıllardan beri kendi toprakları olmadan farklı milletlerin çatısı altında hayatlarını sürdürmüşlerdir. Yaşadıkları yıllarda anti-semitizm ile karşı karşıya kalmışlar ve Mesihçilik anlayışı ile kurtarıcılarını beklemişlerdir. Yahudiler kendilerine ait olmayan topraklarda yaşayamayacaklarını anlayınca ulus devlet olma bilinci oluşmuştur. Bu politik bilinci teorik ve pratik hale getiren Theodor Herzl, Siyonizm terminolojisinin fikir babası olmuştur. İsrail’in devletleşme öncesi ve sonrasında Yahudilerdeki politik duruşun hangi şekilde olduğu dine bağımlı bir Siyonizm mi yoksa dinden bağımsız Seküler bir devlet yapısı halinde mi olacağı merak konusu olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı İsrail’in devletleşme sürecinde ve sonrasında Yahudilerin siyasal partileşme süreci ve bu siyasal partilerin Filistin meselesine nasıl yaklaştıkları ele alınmıştır. Bu tez üç bölümden oluşacaktır. Birinci bölüm İsrail’in devleşme süreci, ikinci bölüm İsrail’deki siyasal partiler ve ideolojiler ele alınacak olup son bölüm olarak ise bu siyasal parti ve liderlerin Filistin meselesine nasıl yaklaştıklarına dair ışık tutacaktır. Bu çalışmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırma yöntemi izlenerek kitap, makale, röportajlar, raporlar ve internet kaynaklarından istifade edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT

For centuries, Jews have lived under the roof of different nations without their own lands. During the years they lived, they faced anti-Semitism and waited for their savior with the understanding of Messianism. When the Jews realized that they could not live in lands that did not belong to them, the consciousness of being a nation-state was formed. Theodor Herzl, who made this political consciousness theoretical and practical, became the father of Zionism terminology. It has been a matter of curiosity whether the political stance of the Jews before and after Israel's statehood will be a religion-dependent Zionism or a secular state structure independent of religion. The aim of this study is to discuss the political partyization process of the Jews during and after Israel's statehood and how these political parties approached the Palestinian issue. This thesis will consist of three chapter. In the first chapter, Israel's giantization process, in the second chapter, the political parties and ideologies in Israel will be discussed, and in the last chapter, it will shed light on how these political parties and leaders approach the Palestinian issue. In this study, the qualitative research method was followed and books, articles, interviews, reports and internet resources were used.
