BİRGİVÎ’NİN (H.781) ẔUḪRÜ’L-MÜTEʾEHHİLÎN VE’N-NİSÂʾ FÎ TAʿRÎFİ’L-AṬHÂR VE’D-DİMÂʾ İSİMLİ ESERİNİN ŞERHİ OLAN ET-TAHKÎKÂTU’L-FÂHİRA Bİ ZAHÂİRİ’L- ÂHİRA YAZMA ESERİNİN TAHKİKİ VE İNCELEMESİ.

Abstract

ÖZET Bu tez Birgivî’nin (h.781) Ẕuḫrü’l-müteʾehhilîn ve’n-nisâʾ fî taʿrîfi’l-aṭhâr ve’d-dimâʾ İsimli Eserinin Şerhi Olan et-Tahkîkâtu’l-Fâhira bizahâiri’l- Âhira yazma eserinin tahkiki ve incelemesidir. Bu tez objektif çalışmayı esas alarak betimleyici ve analitik yöntemlere dayanarak hazırlanmıştır. Tez mukaddime ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Mukaddime kısmında konunun önemi, bu konunun seçilmesinin sebepleri, tezin hedeflerini ve yöntemini, bu çalışmayla alakalı daha önce yapılan araştırmalar ve tezin şablonu yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde Birgivî ve şerhini yaptığı eserin müellifi olan İshâk b. Hasan-ı Tokadî (h. 1100) hakkında biyografileri yer almaktadır. Bu bölüm iki fasıldan oluşmaktadır. Birinci fasılda yer alan Birgivî’nin hayatı iki bölüme ayrılmıştır. Birinci bölüm de Birgivî’nin hayatı üç kısımda açıklanmıştır. Birinci kısımda ismi, künyesi, lakabı hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. İkinci kısımda doğumu, vefatı anlatılmaktadır. Üçüncü kısımda Birgivî’nin ilmi tedrisi, ahlakı ve yaşadığı dönem hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ilmi hayatı ve eseri tanıtılmıştır. Bu bölüm kendi içerisinde üç kısma ayrılmıştır. Birinci kısım Birgivî’nin hocaları, talebeleri ve eserleri hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. İkinci kısımda müellifin ilmi değeri ve alimlerin Birgivî hakkındaki görüşlerine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda ise Ẕuḫrü’l-müteʾehhilîn ve’n-nisâʾ fî taʿrîfi’l-aṭhâr ve’d-dimâʾ isimli eseri tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde şerhinin sahibi olan Tokâdî’ye (Zencânî) yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümde kendi içerisinde üç kısma ayrılmıştır. Birinci kısımda Tokâdî’nin hayatı, mezhebi ve ilmi değeri hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. Bu kısım da iki başlık altında incelenmiştir. Birinci başlıkta müellifin ismi, künyesi ve doğumu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci başlıkta müellifin hocaları ve ilmi değerine değinilmiştir. İkinci kısımda yazma eserin tanıtımı yer almaktadır. Bu kısımda iki başlık altında incelenmiştir. Birinci başlıkta yazma eserin isminin tespiti ve müellife aitliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci başlıkta müellifin metoduna değinilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda yazma eserin nüshasının vasfı ve tahkikte kullandığım metod yer almaktadır. Bu kısımda üç ana başlıkta incelenmiştir. Birinci başlıkta yazma eserin nüshalarının vasfı, ikinci başlıkta tahkikte takip edilen metod, üçüncü başlıkta ise tahkik edilen metin yer almaktadır. Tezin İkinci bölümünde giriş, mukaddime ve altı fasıldan oluşmaktadır. Birinci fasıl üç kanın başlangıcı ve bitişinin tespiti ile kürsüf hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. İkinci fasıl mübtedie ve mu‘tede, üçüncü fasıl kanın kesilmesi, dördüncü fasılda kanın devam etmesi, beşinci fasıl mudille (adetin başlangıç ve bitiş tarihini unutan kadın), altıncı fasıl zikredilen kanların hükümleri yer almaktadır. Altıncı fasılda bir alt başlıkta cenabetin hükmü, abdestin bozulması, özürlü hallerin hükümleri yer almıştır. Bu fasıllardan sonra tezin son bölümünde tezin sonuçlarına, tavsiyelere, kaynakça ve içindekiler kısmı yer almaktadır.

Abstract This research is a study and probing for manuscript ‘Altahqiqat Alfakhira, Bidhakhayir Alakhirat fi Sharh Dhakhr Almuta'ahilin Walnisa' fi Taerif Al'athar Waldima’, It included an objective study, and the descriptive analytical method is based on inference and analysis. The research included an introduction and two parts, as for the introduction it dealt with: the importance of the topic, the motives of choosing it, the research objectives and methodology, previous studies, and the structure of the research. The first part includes: the translation of the biography of the author, Imam (Al-Berkawi), and the commentator (Al-Tuqadi), this part included two chapters, the first chapter is: the biography of the author Imam (Al-Barkawi), and it has two sections, the first section: his personal life, and it contains three subsection: the first subsection: his name, surname and nickname, the second subsection: his birth, upbringing, and death, and the third subsection: his era, culture and morals, as for the second section: his scientific life and introducing his book, and it contains three subsections: The first subsection: his sheikhs, his students, and his writings, the second subsection: his scientific status, and the scholars’ praise on him, and the third subsection: introducing the book “Thukher Al-Mutahaleen Al-Nisa’” book. And in the second chapter: the translation of the commentator Al-Zanjani, and it contains three sections, the first section: his life, his doctrine, and his scientific status, and it contains two subsections, the first subsection: his name, lineage, and birth, and the second subsection: his lineage and scientific status, the second section: introducing the manuscript, and it has two subsections: The first subsection: documenting the name of the manuscript and its attribution to the author, the second subsection: the author’s method, and the third section: a description of the written copies, and my method in the probing, and it contains three subsection: the first subsection : a description of the written copies, the second subsection: a method in probing, and the third subsection: the verified text. The second part includes a preface, an introduction, and six chapters: the first chapter: beginning and ending with the three bloods and the kursuf, the second chapter: in the beginner and the usual, the third chapter: in the abruption, the fourth chapter: in the continuity, the fifth chapter: in the delusion, while the sixth chapter: on the mentioned rulings on blood, then a footer: in the ruling of Janaabah and juvenile, and the rulings of the excused person. And then a conclusion for the research, results, recommendations, an index of verses, an index of hadiths, an index of scholars, an index of contents, sources, and references.
