Abstract

ÖZET Yaklaşık (Hicri 1030) yılında vefat eden Şeyh Allame Al-Fakih, Hanefi Fıkıhçı Ganim bin Muhammed Gıyaseddin Ebi Muhammed El-Bağdadi El-Osmani’nin "Hısnı-l İslam – Fi Şerhi Elfazı-l Küfri ve-l Akaid" (Elfazı Küfür ve Akaid Şerhi ile ilgili Hısnı-l İslam) adlı kitabının incelenmesi. Kitabın yazılmasının sebebi, bazı erdemli kimselerin kendisinden elfaz-ı küfür (küfür lafızlarını) bir araya getirerek insanların faydalanacağı bir risalede toplamasını istemesi ve onun da buna icabet etmesidir. Yazar kitabı beş bölüme ayırdı. İlk bölümünde: Neye inanılması gerektiğine dair bir açıklama. İkinci bölümde ise: İtikad ve efal-i kulub gibi küfrü gerektiren hususlar, üçüncü bölümde: küfrü gerektiren lafızlar, dördüncü bölümde: Küfrü gerektiren fiiller, beşinci bölümde: küfrü gerektiren bir suçun işlenmesi halinde verilecek hüküm ve bu hususta müftünün ne yapması gerektiği hakkındadır. Yazar kitabında bu tanımlayıcı ve tümevarımcı yaklaşımı benimsemiştir. Bazı kimselerin dillerinde dolaşan küfür lafızlarını toplamış ve Hanefi mezhebine göre hükmünü açıklamıştır. En önemli tespit ve önerilere gelince: Müellif, Hanefi mezhebi kitaplarındaki küfür lafızlarının izini sürmek ve toplamak için büyük çaba sarf etmiştir. Yazarın topladığı elfazı küfür Arapça kelimelerle sınırlı kalmamış, aynı zamanda eski Osmanlıca ve Farsçadaki elfazı küfrü de ele almıştır. Bundan önce, tamamen eski kaynaklardan aktarma ve özetleme ile yetinerek Maturidi Sünni akaidi hakkında bir bölüm ayırmıştır. Birkaç mesele dışında herhangi bir görüşü ele almamış veya bir görüşü diğerine tercih etmemiştir. Araştırmacı, üniversitelerdeki şer’i ilimler öğrencilerinin araştırma ve inceleme için el yazması İslam kültürü kitaplarına önem vermelerini tavsiye etmektedir, özellikle çok ihtiyaç duyulan bu konularda.

ABSTRACT Investigation of the book "Fortress of Islam - in explaining the words of disbelief and beliefs" by Sheikh Al-Allama Al-Faqih: Ghanem bin Muhammad Ghiath Al-Din Abi Muhammad Al-Baghdadi Al-Othmani, the Hanafi jurist, who died within the year: (1030 AH). The reason for writing the book was that some of the virtuous people asked him to combine the words of disbelief into a message for people to benefit from, and he answered that, and arranged them into five chapters, and the first chapter of them was in: Explanation of what he should believe. As for the second chapter: regarding what necessitates disbelief from belief and the like from the actions of the hearts. And the third chapter: What necessitates disbelief from words. And the fourth chapter: What necessitates disbelief from actions. And the fifth chapter: regarding the ruling on the one who commits infidelity and what the mufti should do in that. In his book, the author took this descriptive and inductive approach, collecting the blasphemous words that revolve around the tongues of some people, and his ruling in the Hanafi school. As for the most important findings and recommendations: the author made a great effort in tracking down and collecting infidel words in the books of the Hanafi school, and his collection was not limited to Arabic words, but also dealt with words in the ancient Ottoman language and the Persian language, and a chapter on the Maturidi Sunni doctrine preceded that, limited to that. It is all based on transmission and abbreviation from ancient sources. He did not discuss or prefer an opinion over another except on a few issues. The researcher recommends that students of Sharia sciences in universities pay attention to the manuscript books of Islamic heritage for investigation and study, especially in these topics, which are in great need.
