Abstract:
ÖZET
Bağlantı elemanları yapımında kullanılan 32CrB4 ve 1006 kalite çeliklere küreselleştirme yapılmadan önceki mikroyapı karakteristikleri ve mekanik özellikleri ile küreselleştirme sonrası mikroyapı karakteristikleri ve mekanik özellikleri incelenmiştir. 32CrB4 kalite çelikte görülen mikroyapıda malzemede yer alan %C içeriğiyle uyumlu olarak ferrit-perlit yapısı görüldüğü ve yapılan küreselleştirme işlemi sonucunda kangalın tavlı halini temsil eden mikroyapılarda perlit taneleri içinde yer alan sementit kollarının kırıldığı ve küresel form aldığı görülmektedir. 1006 kalite tavlanmış çelikte görülen mikroyapıda malzemede yer alan %C içeriğiyle paralel olarak ferrit ağırlıklı yapı görüldüğü ve 1006 kalite çelik numunesinde yapılan küreselleştirme işlemi sonucunda kangalın tavlı halini temsil eden mikroyapılarda az miktarda da olsa perlit taneleri içinde yer alan sementit kollarının kırıldığı ve küresel form aldığı görülmektedir. Kimyasal kompozisyonları birbirinden farklı iki kalite için yapılan küreselleştirme tavlaması sonucunda, 32CrB4 ve 1006 kalite çeliğin mukavemet ve sertliğinde dikkate değer düşüş gerçekleştiği görülmektedir.
ABSTRACT
The microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of 32CrB4 and 1006 quality steels used in the production of fasteners before spheroidization and microstructural characteristics and mechanical properties after spheroidization were investigated. In the microstructure seen in 32CrB4 quality steel, it is seen that the ferrite-pearlite structure is compatible with the %C content in the material and as a result of the spheroidization process, the cementite arms in the pearlite grains are broken and take a spherical form in the microstructures representing the annealed state of the coil. It is seen that in the microstructure of 1006 grade annealed steel, ferrite-weighted structure is observed in parallel with the %C content in the material, and as a result of the spheroidization process performed on the 1006 grade steel sample, in the microstructures representing the annealed state of the coil, although a small amount, the cementite branches in the pearlite grains are broken and take a spherical form. As a result of spheroidization annealing for two grades with different chemical compositions, it is observed that the strength and hardness of 32CrB4 and 1006 grade steels decreased significantly.
