Eser bağlamında Şârih’in kelâmî görüşlerini tespit ederek ilâhiyyât, nübüvvât ve semʻiyyât başlıkları altında ifade ettik. Son olarak Keşfü’l-meʻâlî şerhu Bed’i’l-Emâlî isimli eseri latinize edip günümüz Türkçesine aktardık.
ABSTRACT
In the Kalām literature, the works of Akâidnâme hold a serious place. Bed’ü’l-Emâlî written in verse by Sirâcüddîn Ali b. Osmân el-Ûşî (ö. 575/1179) is one of the most well-known works of this type. The work, which was annotated many times in Arabic and Turkish since it was written, was also praised in the Ottoman world. Mehmed Şükrü Efendi, known as Damad-ı Gelenbevî, is among those who wrote annotations for this work.
In this study, we introduced the life and works of Mehmed Şükrü Efendi, who wrote annotations for Bed’ü’l-Emâlî. We tried to explain the method he used in the annotations and to identify his references. In the context of the work, we identified his theologian views and expressed them under the titles of The Godhead, The Prophethood, and the Hereafter. Finally, we transcribed the book “Kashf al-Meʻâlî Şerhu Bed’i’l-Emâlî” in Latin letters and translated it into today’s Turkish. |
