ÖZET
Bu tez 1808 – 1872 yılları arasında güney ve orta Irak’ta Aşiret Hareketlerini ele almaktadır, araştırmacı bu çalışmasında 1808 yılını seçmiştir, çünkü bu yıl Ordu ve Askeri kurumu reform yolunda yürüyen Sultan 2.Mahmud’un hüküm başlangıcına şahit olmuştur, Irak aşiretlerinin de bu orduya katılmıştır, çalışma 1872 yılında sona erer, bu yıl Irak’ta Midhat Paşanın hüküm döneminin sonuna şahitlik etmiştir.
Araştırmacı bu çalışmayı, giriş – üç bölüm – kapanış olarak üçe ayırmıştır, ayrıca ekler ve Arapça olan ve olmayan kaynak ve referanslarını içermektedir
Öğrenci giriş bölümünde belirtilen sürede güney ve orta Irak’ta Aşiretlerin durumunu ele almıştır.
-Birinci Bölüm: Güney ve orta Irak’ta Aşiretlerin hareketleri ve Osmanlı devletine karşı durumu, ilaveten hem Bedevi hem de kırsal aşiretler için sosyal ve politik açıdan aşiretlerin gelişimi.
-İkinci Bölüm: 1808 – 1872 yıllarında Osmanlı yönetimindeki Aşiretlerin rolü, belirtilen sürede Bağdat’a hükmeden valilerin yöntemi belirtilmiştir.
-Üçüncü Bölüm: Güney ve orta Irak’ta Osmanlı gücüne karşı aşiret hareketleri, Güney ve orta Irak'taki aşiretlerin Osmanlı gücüne karşı çıkma sebeplerini açıklamıştır, ayrıca o dönemde aşiret hareketlerinin gelişimini beyan etti, bu bölüm ayrıca Irak aşiretlerin zorunlu askerlik konusundaki tutumunu göstermiştir, aşiret iskân politikasında başarılı olan Vali Mithat Paşa'nın uyguladığı politikayı ele almıştır.
ABSTRACT
This thesis deals with (Clan movements in southern and central Iraq in 1872-1808) The researcher chose 1808 as the beginning of the study period, "Because it was the year of the beginning of the mandate of Sultan Mahmoud II, who went on to reform the military and the military establishment and the Iraqi clans were involved in this army, The study ends in 1872, the year of the end of the Wali's period of Medhat Pasha in Iraq. The researcher divided the letter into preface, three chapters and a conclusion, as well as supplements and list of Arab and non-Arab sources and references.
In the preface, the student highlighted the clan situation in southern and central Iraq in the period leading up to the school time.
Chapter I is entitled "Clan movements in southern and central Iraq and their attitude towards Ottoman power", as well as socio-political clan developments for both Bedouin and rural clans.
Chapter II, entitled "The role of clans in the Ottoman administration in Iraq 1808-1872", sets out the manner and manner of the governors who ruled Baghdad during the period in question.
Chapter III, entitled "Movements of anti-Ottoman clans in central and southern Iraq", explains the reasons for the opposition of clans in southern and central Iraq to Ottoman power, as well as the evolution of clan movements in that era, as well as the attitude of Iraqi clans to compulsory recruitment, in addition to the policy of settling clans that the Wali has succeeded to some extent.
