HEMŞİRELİKTE DANIŞMANLIĞIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ ÖLÇEĞİ'NİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ, GEÇERLİK ve GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu araştırmada Hemşirelikte Danışmanlığın Değerlendirmesine yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Karabük Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastenesi ile Safranbolu Devlet Hastanesi'nde toplam 550 katılımcıdan Kasım 2019-Şubat 2020 tarihleri arasında elde edilen veriler değerlendirildi. Veri toplama aracı olarak Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Hemşirelikte Danışmanlığın Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği (HDDÖ) kullanıldı. Etik kurul ve çalışmanın yürütüldüğü hastanelerden kurum izinleri ve çalışmaya katılan katılımcılardan sözel onamları alındı. Oluşturulan ölçek maddelerinin ifade uygunluğunu değerlendirebilmek adına küçük bir örneklem grubu üzerinde ön uygulaması yapıldı (n=12). Kapsam geçerliği için Dawis yöntemi kullanıldı ve uzman görüşlerinden (n=10) elde edilen puanlarla ölçek maddelerinin kapsam geçerlik oranları hesaplandı. Yapı geçerliğini test etmek adına faktör analizi yöntemlerinden; Açımlayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA ve DFA) kullanıldı. Güvenirlik değerlendirmesi için cronbach alfa katsayısına, madde toplam korelasyon puanına ve yarıya bölme metodu kullanılarak Guttman Split-Half katsayısına bakıldı. Kapsam geçerlik oranı ölçeğin her bir maddesi için 0,80’den büyük bulundu. Kaiser Mayer Olkin değeri 0,909, Barlett testinin değerleri x2=6204,454, sd=351, p<0,000 bulundu ve bu değerler örneklem büyüklüğünün yeterliğini, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ve ölçek maddelerinin faktör analizi için uygunluğunu gösterdi. Uygulanan faktör analizine göre, faktör yükü 0,50’nin altında bulunan 14 madde ölçekten çıkarıldı. Çıkarılan maddelerle 27 maddeli, beş faktörlü bir HDDÖ tanımlandı. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi için bakılan uyum indeksleri uygun bulundu. Güvenirlik değerlendirilmesinde ise, cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,892,bulundu. Yarıya bölme yöntemi ile bakılan ölçeğin 1. yarısı ve 2. yarısı arasındaki korelasyon anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu (r=0,734 p<0,05). Elde edilen istatistiki sonuçlar doğrultusunda HDDÖ' nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu belirlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT

In this study, it was aimed to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool for the Assesment of Counseling in Nursing. The data obtained from a total of 550 participants in Karabuk Training and Research Hospital and Safranbolu State Hospital between Novamber 2019- Fabruary 2020 were eveluated. Descriptive Information From and the Scale of Assesment of Counseling in Nursing (HDDÖ) were used as data collection tools. Institutional permissions were obtained from the ethics committee and hospitals where the study was conducted and verbal consents from the participants in the study were obtained. In order to eveluate the expression consistency of the created scale items, a pre-application was made on a small sample group (n=12). Dawis method was used for content validity and content validity rates of the scale items were calculated with the scores obtained from expert opinions (n=10). Factor analiysis methods to test the construct validity; Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (EFA and CFA) were used. Cronbach alpha coefficient, item total correlation score and Guttman Split-Half coefficient were analyzedfor reliability evaluation. Content validity rate was found to be greater than 0,80 for each item of the scale. The Kaiser Mayer Olkin value was 0,909, Barlett test walues were x2=6204,454, sd=351, p <0,000, and these values showed the adequacy of the sample size, the relationship between variables and the suitability of scale items for factor analysis. According to the factor analysis applied, 14 items with a factor load below 0,50 were excluded from the scale. A 27-item, 5-factor HDDÖ was defined with the excluded items. Fit indexes checked for confirmatory factor analysis were found to be appropriate. Cronbach alpha coefficient was found to be 0,892 in the reliability evaluation. The correlation between the 1st load and the 2nd half of the scale examined with the Split-Half method, was found to be significantly higher (r=0,734 p <0,05). In line with the statistical result obtained, it was determined that HDDÖ is a valid and reliable scale.
