‘İDRÂKU'L- MEDÂRİK ALÂ MEDÂRİKİ'T-TENZÎL VE HAKÂİKİ'T-TE'VÎL’ ADLI ESERİN TAHKÎKİ VE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

ÖZET Kürtler arasında ilim ve mârifet yoluna büyük katkıları olan değerli âlimler bulunmuştur. Bu ulemâlar arasında önemli bir yeri olan ve bir çok eser yazan Molla Salih el-Koza Bânkî (h. ١٣٩٤) te'lif ettiği eserler arasında en önemlisi Nesefî (h. ٧١٠ ) tefsiri üzerine yapmış olduğu ’İdrâku'l- Medârik alâ Medâriki't-Tenzîl ve Hakâiki't-Te'vîl، isimli haşiyesidir. Bu haşiyenin tahkîkini yaparken ilk önce merhum Molla Salih el-Koza Bânkî'nin (h. ١٣٩٤) değerli ve ayrıntılı hayatından bahsedilmiştir. Onun hayatından bahsedilirken soyadınıو ilmi hayatından ve yaşadığı asrın ilmi، siyasi ve sosyal yönlerini، âlimler ardındaki konumundan، hocalarından، talebelerinden، bazı ilmi eserlerinden، mezhebinden، cesaretinden ve İslâmî duruşundan bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra müellifin haşiyesinde takip ettiği metodundan، itimat ettiği kaynaklardan ve benim itimat ettiğim yazma eserin nüshasından bahsedilmiştir. Bu çalışmada eserin içerisinde yer alan Kur'ân-ı Kerim،in ٤.cüz'ünün ilk yarısının Âl-i İmrân sûresinin ٩٣. âyetinden ١٧٠. âyetine kadar tahkîki ve incelemesi yapılmıştır. Bu âyeti kerimelerin incelemesi yapılırken Nesefî’nin metni ile Müellifimizin haşiyesi ayrılmıştır. Tahķîkte takip edilen metottan bahsedilirse، her âyetin hangi âyet ve sûrede yer aldığı belirtilmiş ve tefsirde yer alan hadislerin tahrici yapılmıştır. Daha sonra garîb ve zor olan kelimelerin manâları açıklanmıştır. Tefsirde ismi gecen ulemâlar ve zikredilen ülkeler tanıtılmıştır.

ABSTRACT There were valuable scholars among the Kurds who contributed greatly to the path of knowledge and ingenuity. Among the works compiled by Molla Salih al-Koza Bânkî (h. ١٣٩٤)، who has an important place among these scholars and wrote many works، the most important one is the "Idraku'l Medârik alâ Medâriki't-Tenzîl ve Hakâiki't-Te'vil" on Nasefi's (h. ٧١٠) commentary. While conducting the investigation of this hashia، first of all، the late Mullah Salih al-Koza Banki (h. ١٣٩٤) mention is made of his valuable and detailed life. While talking about his life، his surname، his scientific life and the scientific، political and social aspects of the century in which he lived، his position behind scholars، his teachers، his students، some of his scientific works، his sect، his courage and his Islamic stance were mentioned. Later، the method that the author followed in his hashiyah، the sources he relied on and the copy of the manuscript that I relied on were mentioned. In this study، the first half of the fourth part of the Qur'an، which is included in the work، has been analyzed from the ninety-third verse of the Âl-i İmrân Sûra to the one hundred and seventieth verse. While examining these verses، the text of Nesefi and the annotation of our author are separated. If the method followed in the investigation is mentioned، it is stated on which page and surah each verse takes place، and the inferences of the hadiths in the commentary are made. Then، the meanings of the words that are strange and difficult are explained. The scholars and the countries mentioned in the tafsir are introduced.
