ÖZET
Sürekli döküm ile üretilen kütüklerde göz önünde bulundurulan belirli kusurlar, Köşe Dışı Çatlak, Çapraz Çatlak, Merkez Hattı Çatlağı, Pinch roll Çatlağı, orta Çatlak, Üfleme Delikleri ve Gözenekliliktir. Bu nedenle, haddelenmiş ürünlerdeki kusurların kaynağını bulmak, döküm koşullarını kontrol altında tutmaya bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada MnB ihtiva eden bağlantı elemanları kalitelerinde kullanılan filmaşinlerin üretiminde kullanılan yarı mamullerin yüzey kalitesinin nihai mamullerin özelliklerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Yüzeyi taşlanmış ve taşlanmamış yarı mamullerden üretilen filmaşinlerin mikro ve makro yapı incelemeleri, basma ve preste ezme testi uygulanarak aralarında kıyaslama yapılmıştır. İncelenen numunelerin mikro yapısı ferrit+perlit karışımındadır. Basma testleri load cell içeren cihazlarda yapılmakta olup taşlanmamış numuneleri belirli deformasyona karşılık taşıdıkları yük değeri taşlanmış numunelerinkinden daha düşüktür. Load cell içermeyen pres altında ezme testi sonucu taşlanmamış numunelerin hasara uğradığı gözlenmiştir. Hasar bölgesinin detaylı incelemesi yüzeyde oksit ve cüruf sıkışmasının meydana geldiğini ortaya koymuştur.
ABSTRACT
Specific defects to consider in continuous casting billet are Out of Corner Crack, Cross Crack, Centerline Crack, Pinch roll Crack, center Crack, Blow Holes and Porosity. Therefore, locating the source of defects in rolled products depends on keeping casting conditions under control. In this study, the effect of the surface quality of the semi-finished products used in the production of wire rods used in fastener qualities containing MnB on the properties of the final products was investigated. The micro and macro structure examinations of wire rods produced from semi-finished and non-ground semi-finished products were compared by applying compression and press crushing tests. The microstructure of the examined samples is in the mixture of ferrite+perlite. Compression tests are carried out on devices containing load cells, and the unground samples have a lower load value against certain deformation than the grinded samples. As a result of the crush test under the press without load cell, it was observed that the unground samples were damaged. Detailed examination of the damage area revealed that oxide and slag compaction had occurred on the surface.
