Girişim Finansmanı: Karadeniz Bölgesi Teknoparkları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

ÖZ Bu tez çalışmasında Trabzon TGB, Tokat TGB, Bolu TGB, Samsun TGB, Düzce TGB, Çorum TGB, Zonguldak TGB, Karabük Üniversitesi TGB, Kastamonu Üniversitesi TGB, Giresun Üniversitesi TGB, Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN Üniversitesi ve Türk-Alman Üniversitesi TGB (Dijitalpark Teknokent) olmak üzere 11 adet teknopark incelenmiştir. Çalışma teknoparklarda faaliyet gösteren girişimlerin finansman ihtiyaçlarının tespiti üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Tezde araştırma alanı Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde bulunan teknoparklarla sınırlandırılmıştır. Ele alınan teknoparklardaki girişimcilik programları, bu programların aşamaları, teknoparklardaki girişimci ve yatırımcı mevcudiyeti, bu teknoparklardaki düzenlenen yatırım turları, girişimcilerin aldığı yatırım miktarları, girişim kategorileri detaylıca incelenmiştir. Tezde bulunan teknoparkların incelenmesinde esas alınan bölge şartlarının girişim finansmanı için gerekli olan kaynakları ne ölçüde etkilediği ve teknoparkların bulunduğu bölgeye olan etkisi olmuştur. Girişim finansmanlarının ve bölge koşullarının karşılıklı bir etkileşim içerisinde bulunup bulunmadığı, mevcut teknoparkların kuruluşlarından günümüze kadarki süreçte nasıl bir konumda seyrettikleri, teknoparkların ekonomik statüleri gibi geniş çaplı bir araştırmayla ele alınarak öneri ve yorumlara yer verilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde Karadeniz Bölgesi teknokentlerinin son yıllarda aktif olarak rol oynadığını söylemek mümkündür. Bu teknokentlerin günümüz standartlarına ulaşma yolunda olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this thesis study, 11 technoparks including Trabzon TGB, Tokat TGB, Bolu TGB, Samsun TGB, Duzce TGB, Corum TGB, Zonguldak TGB, Karabuk University TGB, Kastamonu University TGB, Giresun University TGB, Recep Tayyip ERDOGAN University and Turkish-German University TGB (Digitalpark Teknokent) were examined. The study is based on the determination of the financing needs of the enterprises operating in technoparks. In the thesis, the research area is limited to technoparks located in the Black Sea Region. Entrepreneurship programs in the considered technoparks, the stages of these programs, the presence of entrepreneurs and investors in technoparks, the investment rounds organized in these technoparks, the amounts of investments received by entrepreneurs, the categories of initiatives were examined in detail. The extent to which the regional conditions based on the examination of the technoparks in the thesis affect the resources required for venture financing and the impact on the region where the technoparks are located. Suggestions and comments have been included by considering whether venture financing and regional conditions interact mutually, how current technoparks have been in a position in the process from their establishment to the present, and the economic status of technoparks through a wide-ranging research. As a result of the research, it is possible to say that the technopolis of the Black Sea Region have played an active role in recent years. It has been observed that these technopolis are on the way to reaching today's standards.
