Hadis-i Şeriflerde İktifa Üzerine analitik Bir Çalışma

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışma, Peygamber'in hadis-i şeriflerindeki belâgat yeterliliğini, kavram ve türleri hakkında bilgi açısından takip etmeyi ve diğer türler ile arasındaki farkı göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Daha sonra çalışma, belâgat yeterliliğini çıkararak ve yerini açıklayarak Hz. Peygamber'in hadislerinden bazı örnekler göstermeyi hedeflemektedir. Araştırma problemi ise, belâgatın yeterlilik kavramının muğlaklığında ve başka terimler ile örtüşmesinde yatmaktadır. Peygamber'in pek çok hadisini anlamada, eksikliklerin varlığı nedeniyle ortaya çıkan problemde de yatmaktadır. Çalışmanın önemi, büyük ölçüde belâgat yeterliliğinin geldiği İslam hukukunun ikinci kaynağını ele almasında yatmaktadır. Ayrıca, metindeki belâgatın ortaya çıkması ile anlam değiştiğinde hükmün değişmesinde de ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırmamızda belâgat yeterliliği içeren hadisleri takip etmek, ardından belâgat yeterliliği içeren ifadeler için tümevarımcı bir yaklaşım izledik. Bu hadisleri analiz etmek ve metindeki belâgat yeterlilik kavramına ulaşmak için analitik bir yaklaşımı benimsedik. Ayrıca yeterlilik türlerini karşılaştırmak için karşılaştırmalı yaklaşımı benimsedik. Araştırma, en önemlileri olan birkaç sonuca ulaştı: Peygamber'in hadis-i şeriflerinde izlenebilir ve dilsel anlamlar çıkarılabilecek şekilde çok sayıda belâgat yeterliliği gelmiştir. Belâgat yeterliliği kavramı, hadis âlimleri arasında bazı hususlar dışında farklılık göstermemiş, fakat mânâsı çağlar boyu aynı kalmıştır. Peygamber'in şerefli hadislerinde belağat yeterliliği üç çeşit olarak gelmiştir; beş teklîfî hükümler, vaaz ve Allah'a davet. Hadis-i şerifteki belâgat yeterliliği, Peygamber Efendimiz (sav)'in hadislerinde bulunan güçlü belâgatı göstermektedir. Bu dinin geçerliliği ve Allah'tan olduğunu kanıtlamak için belâgat yeterliliğine dayanarak anlatılabilir. Fasih Arapça konuşmada olduğu gibi hadiste de bulunan belâgatın gücü belâgat yeterliliğinden anlaşılmaktadır.

ABSTRACT This study is intended to track rhetorical sufficiency in the noble hadith of the Prophet in terms of its concept, as well as to understand the types of rhetorical sufficiency and distinguish them from other types of abbreviation and then to study some evidence from the hadiths by extracting rhetorical sufficiency and indicating its location in it. The ambiguity of the term "sufficiency" and its overlap with several other terms is the source of the research problem. The importance of this study shows up in its dealing with the Prophet's hadith, the second source of Islamic legislation, in which rhetorical sufficiency played an important role. and understanding its significance in changing Islamic legislation by changing the intended meaning when comprehending the deletion in the text. In this study, we used the inductive approach to track the prophetic hadiths and phrases that contain rhetorical sufficiency, and the analytical approach to analyze those hadiths and reach the rhetorical concept in the text, and the comparative approach to compare the types of sufficiency. The study yielded various conclusions, the most essential of which are: That sufficiency appeared in the Prophet's noble hadith in a way that can be tracked and extrapolated from its abundant linguistic and rhetorical implications. The concept of rhetorical sufficiency differed only in few terminologies among hadith scholars, but the meaning remained consistent over the ages. Rhetorical sufficiency appeared in the Prophet's noble hadith in the varied five mandatory provisions, as well as in the preaching hadiths, The honorable hadith of the Prophet's rhetorical adequacy underscores the strong rhetoric inherent in his statements, may God bless him and grant him peace. In terms of the rhetorical challenge found in the noble hadiths of the Prophet, we can rely on rhetorical sufficiency to illustrate the authenticity of this religion and that it is supported by divine inspiration, The force of rhetoric found in the hadith, which came as a follower of the pure Arabs' words, appears from the rhetorical sufficiency.
