Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışma şeyh Muhammed Bedreddin et-Tilovî'yi tanımak ve ardından onun Ebda'ul-Beyân li-Cemi'i Âyi'l-Kuran tefsirinin ilmi değerini, ayetlere yaklaşımının usulünü öğrenmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışmamız Ebda'ul-Beyân tefsirinin müfredat ayrıntılarını, ulumu'l-Kur'an (Kur'an bilimi) ile alakalı konuları da amaçlar. Araştırmacı araştırmasında istikrâî (delillere dayalı araştırma) ve tahlîlî (kelimeleri yapısal, köken olarak ele alma) metoda dayanmıştır. Bundan dolayı her malumat tahlilinde, taksiminde gereği şeklinde ihtiyacı kadardır. Müslüman Âlimlerden biri olarak kabul edilen Üstad Şeyh Muhammed Bedreddin et-Tillovî 'nin soyu; hibru'l-ûmme (ümmetin en âlimi) diye anılan, Allah Resulü'nün (s.a.v.) amcaoğlu, Abdullah bin Abbas 'a dayanan kökenli, asil bir ailedendir, Ebda'ül-Beyan tefsiri ve kalâidû'l-Cuman adlı haşiyesi (dipnot, kenar açıklaması) ibarelerin tanziminde çok güzel bir üslup ve dakîk olmakla beraber gayet kısa ve öz bir tefsirdir. Bu tefsir ümmetin, mütekaddim âlimlerinin kitaplarından nakil ve derlemeden ibaret olup muhtelif görüşleri kısa öz bir şekilde ihtiva eder. Şeyh Tillovi'nin tefsirinin kaynağı (kullanmış olduğu metod) rivayet ve dirayeti cem' tir, Şeyh tillovi Ebda'ul-Beyân tefsirinde kullanmış olduğu metodlardan biri de Kur'an Kerim'in sûrelerinde manevî tefsire ve sûrelerin, ayetlerin kendisinden önceki ve sonraki sûre ve ayetlerin münasebetlerine değinilmesidir. Şeyh et-Tillovî 'nin tefsiri gayet kısa olmakla beraber fıkhi meseleleri de zikretmiştir. Şeyh Tillovî şafiî mezhebinden olup ancak mutaassıp değildir. Son olarak Ebda'ul-Beyân tefsiri ve hâmişi (dipnot, kenar açıklama) esbâb-i nüzul, mekki medeni, sûrelerin isimleri vb. Ulumu Kur'an-ı da ihtiva etmektedir.

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and introduce Sheikh Muhammad Badr al-Din al-Talawi، and then to know the scientific value of his interpretation Abdaa Al-Bayan) The most creative statement for all the verses of the Qur’an (and also to know the details of the approach and the topics related to explanation and the sciences of the Qur'an. The researcher employed the analytical inductive، by collecting، analyzing and dividing relevant information as required by the research plan. Sheikh Muhammad Badr al-Din al-Talwi is considered one of the Muslim scholars، and he is from a prestigious family whose lineage ends with the scholar of the nation، the cousin of the Messenger of Allah، may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Abdaa Al-Bayan) The most creative statement for all the verses of the Qur’an (، and its margins are Aljuman Necklaces...، an interpretation with a brief phrase، very brief، with accuracy and good forming. It is a collection and transfer of what is in the books of the nation's scholars، and there are many abbreviations in it. There are many sources of Sheikh Al-Talawi in his Abdaa Al-Bayan (interpretation of the statement)، as he combined interpretation by tradition and interpretation by opinion. In his interpretation، Sheikh Al-Talawi dealt with objective interpretation، especially the objective interpretation of the Qur’anic surah، he also mentions the science of occasion، which is related to objective interpretation، as he mentions the correspondence of a verse with what precedes it، or the end of a surah with its beginning، or the appropriateness between the subject of a surah and the surah that follows it. The interpretation of Sheikh Al-Talawi with the severity of his abbreviation، but he mentions the jurisprudential issues، and although Sheikh Al-Talawi is a Shafi’i school of thought، but he is not a sectarian fanatic. The interpretation of Abdaa Al-Bayan (The most creative statement for all the verses of the Qur’an) and its margins contained several topics from the sciences of the Qur’an، such as the reasons for revelation، the science of Mecca and Medina، the names of the Qur’anic surahs، and others.
