ÖZET

Tez giriş – İki bölüm – kapanış ve fihristen oluşmaktadır, girişi sunduktan sonra birinci bölümde yazarın hayatını ele aldım, gençliği, hocaları, öğrencileri ve bilimsel eserleri ele alınmıştır, daha sonra el yazısını ve bulunan örneklerini ele aldım, sayılarından ve örnek yıllarından ve örneğini yazanlardan bahsettim, Yazının adını belgeledim ve yazarına atfettim, daha sonra onu tanıttım ve yazarlığında İmam Masnfak’ın metodunu anlattım، sonra elimde bulunan örneklerden bazılarını sundum. İkinci bölümde ise doğrulanmış metin sundum، çok dikkatli bir şekilde kopyaladım، İmam Nesefî metinlerini parantez içinde aldım ve kırmızıya boyadım. Araştırmanın girişinde bahsi geçen metodoloji çerçevesinde yorumladım ve bilim adamları tarafından onaylanmış kaynaklardan belgeledim, en sonunda da kapanışta tezden çıkarılan en önemli sonuçları ele aldım ve öğrencilere tavsiyelerde bulundum. Tezin sonunda Kuran ayetleri ve Hadis şeriflerin sanat fihristini düzenledim.

ABSTRACT Is divided into an introduction، two chapters، and then the conclusion and the technical indexes, in which I spoke after completing the presentation in chapter I on the life of the author, which includes his life, his elders, his pupils and his scientific effects. I then spoke about the manuscript and its copies available, in terms of the number of its paintings، the year of its reproduction, The name of the photocopy and the latest version of the manuscript، and then I knew it and the version of the Imam. Then، in chapter II of the letter,I presented the text in question, copying it and meeting it very carefully, Separating the words of the person who is the relative body of the relative Imam from the explanation by placing the words of the person in brackets with red colour, commenting on it within the methodology mentioned in the introduction to the inquiry، and documenting this from the sources approved by the people of science, adding it to the conclusion, Stating the most important conclusions drawn from the letter, Followed by the recommendations going to the students، and the works of art and poetry in which I ask the letter and tell.
