Abstract

ÖZ Din-siyaset ilişkileri tarihin her döneminde olduğu gibi günümüzde ve İslam dünyasında çokça tartışılan alanların içerisinde yer almaktadır. İnsanoğlu yaşadığı zaman içerisinde dönemin değişen şartları ve anlayışlarına göre yeni yönetim biçimleri belirlemiş ve devlet düzenini bu şekilde inşa etmiştir. Bu inşa sürecinde dinin siyaset üzerinde etkisi ve baskısının olduğu görülmüş ve ilişkinin hangi düzlemde olması gerektiğine dair düşünceler ortaya konmuştur. Batı son asırda din-siyaset ilişkilerini laiklik çerçevesinde düzenlemiş ve etkisi tüm dünyada görülmüştür. Laiklik’in etkisi tüm dünyada hissedilirken İslam dünyası kendi içerisinde farklı laiklik tecrübeleri yaşamıştır. Yaşanılan tecrübeler din-siyaset ilişkisine yansımış, farklı boyutlar kazandırtmıştır. Bu çalışma, değişen dünya düzeninde yaşanılan dönemin din-siyaset ilişkilerini tahlil etmek ve bu ilişkinin doğurduğu sonuçları incelemek bakımından önem arz etmektedir.

ABSTRACT The relationship between religion and politics, as in every period of history, remains a much-debated topic in today's world and within the Islamic world. Throughout history, humankind has determined new forms of governance and constructed the state order according to the changing conditions and understandings of the time. In this construction process, it has been observed that religion has had an influence and pressure on politics, leading to discussions about the nature of this relationship. In the last century, the West regulated the relationship between religion and politics within the framework of secularism, and its influence has been seen worldwide. While secularism has been felt globally, the Islamic world has experienced different secularism experiences internally. These experiences have affected the relationship between religion and politics, giving rise to various dimensions. This study is important for analyzing the dynamics of the period's relationship between religion and politics in the changing world order and examining the consequences of this relationship.
