Sanayi Coğrafyası Açısından Bir İnceleme: Tosya Osb Örneği

Abstract

ÖZ Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinin bölgesel kalkınma, bölgesel istihdam ve kentlerin düzenli gelişim planlamalarında önemi giderek artmaktadır. Çalışmada Tosya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinin şehrin sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel alanlarında meydana getirdiği değişiklikler ile sanayi bölgesi bünyesinde yer alan firmaların yaşadığı sorunlar irdelenmiştir. ‘’Sanayi Coğrafyası Açısından Bir İnceleme: Tosya OSB Örneği’’ adlı bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Tosya ilçesinin beşeri ve fiziki özelliklerine, ikinci bölümde dünyada OSB’lerinin tarihçesine, amaçlarına ve etkilerine, ülkemizde OSB’lerinin gelişimi ve güncel durumlarına değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Tosya OSB’nin mevcut durumu ve problemlerine yönelik araştırma sonuçları ayrıntılı başlıklar halinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden gözlem, görüşme ve anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan ankete OSB’de yer alan firmalardan 27 tanesi katılım sağlamıştır. Görüşme ve anket sonucunda elde edilen veriler ile OSB’nin etkileri, mevcut durumu ve yaşadığı problemleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tosya OSB’nin bölgedeki istihdama önemli ölçüde etkisi olduğu, bünyesindeki firmaların büyük bir kısmının Tosya ilçesinde kurulmuş ve daha sonrasında OSB bünyesine katılmasında büyüme etkeninin ön planda olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bunların yanı sıra OSB’de yaşanan bazı sorunlar tespit edilmiş ve bu sorunlara yönelik olarak da çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT The importance of Organized Industrial Zones in regional development, regional employment, and regular development planning of cities is gradually increasing. In the study, the changes caused by the Tosya Organized Industrial Zone in the city's social, economic, and cultural areas and the problems experienced by the companies within the industrial zone were examined. In the first part of this study titled ’An Examination in Terms of Industrial Geography: The Example of the Tosya organized industrial zone", the human and physical characteristics of the Tosya district, the history, objectives and effects of organized industrial zones in the world, the development and current status of organized industrial zones in our country were mentioned in the second part. In the third part, the research results related to the current situation and problems of the Tosya organized industrial zone are examined in detailed headings. In the study, observation, interview and survey methods, which are among the qualitative research methods, were applied. 27 Companies located in the organized industrial zone participated in the applied survey. With the data obtained as a result of the interview and survey, the effects of the organized industrial zone, its current situation and the problems it is experiencing have been tried to be revealed. It has been observed that the Tosya organized industrial zone has a significant impact on employment in the region, and most of the companies within its structure were established in the Tosya district, and then the growth factor was at the forefront of joining the organized industrial zone. In addition to these, some problems experienced in the organized industrial zone have been identified and solution proposals have been tried to be developed for these problems.
