SİNTER ÜRETİMİNDE KOK TOZU YERİNE ANTRASİT TOZU KULLANIMI

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu çalışmada, Kardemir A.Ş. Sinter Tesisinde sinter üretiminde yakıt olarak kok tozu yerine maliyeti daha düşük, kalorisi kok tozuna göre daha yüksek, nem içeriği daha az olan antrasit tozu kullanımı ve daha ucuz yakıt girdisi ile birlikte ton ürün başına daha düşük yakıt tüketimi araştırılmıştır. Sinter Tesisinde bulunan toplam 3 adet sinter makinesinde yakıt olarak kok tozu kullanılmaktadır. Antrasit tozunun kok tozuna göre daha ucuz olması ve kalorisinin yüksek olması nedeniyle sinter tesislerinde kullanım alanı üzerine yoğunlaşılmıştır. Kok tozundan daha fazla kaloriye ve daha az nem içeriğine sahip olan antrasit tozu sinter üretiminde daha az tüketilmesi yani yakıt sarfiyatının daha az olması, maliyetinin kok tozuna kıyasla daha düşük ve enerji tüketiminin daha az olması hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca baca gazı değerlerinde de değişim beklenmektedir. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda Sinter Tesisinde sinter üretiminde ton ürün başına daha az yakıt tüketimi, aylık maliyetinin kok tozuna göre azalması ve aylık olarak enerji tüketiminde düşüş olması beklenmektedir.

ABSTRACT

In this study, Kardemir A.Ş. The use of anthracite powder, which has a lower cost, higher calories, and lower moisture content, instead of coke powder as fuel in sinter production in the Sinter Facility, and lower fuel consumption per ton of product with cheaper fuel input, were investigated. Coke powder is used as fuel in a total of 3 sinter machines in the Sinter Facility. Since anthracite powder is cheaper than coke powder and has high calories, it has been focused on its use in sinter facilities. Anthracite powder, which has more calories and less moisture content than coke powder, is aimed to be consumed less in sinter production, that is, to have less fuel consumption, lower cost and less energy consumption compared to coke powder. Additionally, changes in flue gas values are expected. In line with these targets, it is expected that there will be less fuel consumption per ton of product in sinter production at the Sinter Facility, a decrease in monthly costs compared to coke powder, and a decrease in monthly energy consumption.
