Abstract:
ÖZET
Bu çalışmada toz metalurjisi üretim yöntemlerinden olan mekanik alaşımlamanın çeliklerin mikroyapısı ve mekanik özelliklerine katkısının araştırılması ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle uygun toz- bilya oranı (1/5, 1/7, 1/10), bilya çapı (4mm, 5mm ve 6mm) ve mekanik alaşımlama süresi (15dk, 30dk, 1saat) belirlenmiştir. Uygun toz-bilya oranı 1/10, uygun bilya çapı 5mm ve uygun mekanik alaşımlama süresi 15dk olarak bulunmuştur. Bahsedilen uygunluklar mekanik alaşımlama yöntemi ile alaşımlı çelikler (0,55C+5Ni+Fe, 0,55C+10Ni+Fe) ve alaşımsız çelik (0,55C+Fe) üzerinden elde edilen numunelerin mekanik alaşımlamasız numuneler ile karşılaştırılması sonucu bulunmuştur.
Çalışmada uygun oranlarda elde edilen tozlar 1 saat turbula da karıştırılmıştır. Ardından MA işlemlerinden geçirilip, 700 Mpa presleme basıncı altında çekme numunesi formunda preslenmiştir. Sinterleme sıcaklığı 1400o C, argon atmosferinde yapılmıştır. Çekme deneyi, sertlik deneyi, mikroyapı ve SEM incelemeleri ardından bulunan sonuçlar değerlendirmeye alınmıştır.
ABSTRACT
In this study, the contribution of mechanical alloying, which is one of the production methods of powder metallurgy, to the microstructure and mechanical properties of steels was examined. Firstly, suitable powder-ball ratio (1/5, 1/7, 1/10), ball diameter (4mm, 5mm and 6mm) and mechanical alloying time (15min, 30min, 1h) were determined. The appropriate powder-ball ratio was 1/10, the appropriate ball diameter was 5mm and the appropriate mechanical alloying time was found to be 15min. Said conformities were obtained by comparison of the samples obtained from alloyed steels (0,55C + 5Ni + Fe, 0,55C + 10Ni + Fe) and unalloyed steel (0,55C + Fe) by mechanical alloying method with non-mechanical alloyed samples.
The powders obtained in the appropriate proportions were mixed in the turbula for 1 hour. It was then subjected to MA treatment and pressed in the form of a tensile sample under a pressing pressure of 700 MPa. The sintering temperature was 1400o C, argon atmosphere. The results obtained after tensile test, hardness test, microstructure and SEM investigations were evaluated.
