Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına Uygun Finansal Durum Tablosu Hazırlanması ve Halka Açık Bir Şirket Üzerinde Uygulama

Abstract

ÖZ

Globalleşen ve artık ülke sınırlarının kalmadığı günümüz dünyasında Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları’na uygun mali tablolar hazırlanması ve bunun tüm mali tablo kullanıcıların anlayabileceği ortak bir dilde rapor edilmesi bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Günümüz dünyasında, sınırların kalmaması ve farklı ülkelerde en uygun malzemeyi en uygun fiyata alabilme arayışında olan müşterilerin bu ülkelerin işletmelerine yatırım yapmaları ve yatırım yapılan işletmenin mali tablolarını ortak bir dilde yayınlanması ve karar üretebilmeleri yönündeki arayışlar Uluslararası Finansal Raporlamanın önemini her geçen gün daha da artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Karabük’te faaliyet gösteren ve Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama ile mali tablolarını mali tablo okuyucularına ve kullanıcılarına sunan bir işletmenin muhasebe departman yöneticileri ile birebir görüşmek suretiyle Uluslararası Finansal Raporlamaya ilişkin Standartların uygulanışına ilişkin tüm süreç yapılan araştırmalar ile ortaya konulmuştur.

ABSTRACT

Within the scope of the Globalization it can be said that there are no more country borders and which make it compulsory to report the financial statements with a common language that can be understandable for anyone and in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.

International Financial Reporting Standards has an increasing importance through the World since there is no borders beyong the countries and the customers seeks for the best priced and quality pruducts nowadays, the investors are interested in global companies to invest and thus the financial statements should be scheduled on a common language which is understandable and ease the deciision making process.

In this thesis study a Karabuk based operating company is reviewed which prepares and provides its financial statements to the readers according to International Financial Reporting Standards, and all the information given here are prepared in cooperation with the company’s accounting managers. This study also shows the searches of history of these standards and its application process. In conclusion part the datas given which are gained via discussions at this sample compnay.
