Nûh b. Mustafa el-Konevî’nin Tenvîru besâiri uli’l-elbâb bi-tefsîri dekâiki Ümmi’l-Kitâb Adlı Fâtiha Sûresi Tefsiri (İnceleme ve Metin)

Abstract

ÖZ Sûrelerin fazîlet ve önemi ya da müstakil Kur’ân tefsirinin zorluğu gibi durumlar sûre tefsirlerini ortaya çıkaran sâiklerdendir. Bu sûreler içerisinde Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v) uyarı, medih, fazîlet ve havâssa dair beyanlarıyla Fâtiha, pek çok âlimi cezbederek üzerinde çalışmaya sevk etmiştir. Osmanlı âlimleri de bu durumdan etkilenmiş Fâtiha, Osmanlı dönemi içerisinde en çok tefsir edilen sûre özelliğini kazanmıştır. Çalışmada Nûh Efendi’nin Tenvîru besâiri uli’l-elbâb bi-tefsîri dekâiki Ümmi’l-Kitâb isimli Osmanlı dönemi Fâtiha sûresi tefsiri incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde Nûh Efendi’nin hayatı, eserleri ve kaleme aldığı Fâtiha sûresi tefsirinin ismi, müfessire âidiyeti ve telif edilmesi gibi konulardan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde eser, rivâyet ve dirâyet tefsirince tahlil edilmiş ve ihtiva ettiği ulûmü’l-Kur’ân konularındaki beyanlar ortaya çıkarılmıştır. XVII. yüzyıl Osmanlı âlimlerinden Nûh b. Mustafa el-Konevî Amasya’da dünyaya gelmiş, Konya’da müftü olarak vazife almış ve 1070/1660 yılında Mısır’da vefat etmiştir. Eserlerinin toplam sayısı bilinememekle birlikte büyük bir kısmı Süleymaniye ve Beyazıt Devlet Kütüphanesi’nde bulunmaktadır. Nûh Efendi incelediğimiz Fâtiha sûresi tefsirinde âyet, hadis, sahâbe, tâbiîn kavli ve Arap şiiri gibi rivâyet kaynaklarını kullanmakla beraber tefsirini ağırlıklı olarak dirâyet metoduna göre yazmıştır. Müellif dirâyet uygulamalarını lügat, sarf, nahiv, iştikâk, meânî ve bedî‘ ilimleriyle ilgili açıklamalar ve istitrâd üslûbu gereği değindiği beyanlarla en fazla dilbilimsel yorumlarında göstermiştir. Ayrıca sûrenin Mekkî olduğunu belirtmiş, fazîletlerine yer vermiş, i‘râbını tespit etmiş ve sûrede tekrarın olup olmadığına değinerek Kur’ân ilimleriyle ilgili değerlendirmelerde bulunmuştur.

ABSTRACT Facts such as the separate virtues and importance of the Qur'anic chapters or the difficulty of interpreting the entire Qur'an have brought about an exegetical literature on its chapters. Among the chapters, particularly al-Fatiha has drawn attention of numerous scholars owing to the Prophet's (pbuh) statements on its features. Ottoman scholars were likewise specially interested in al-Fatiha, making it the most interpreted Qur'anic chapter in the Ottoman era. In the study, a tafsir from that era, Nuh b. Mustafa's work, called Tanwir Basair Uli al-Albab bi-Tafsir Daqaiq Umm al-Kitab is dealt with. In the first chapter, following the author's biography and a list of his books, the said work is examined in particular. In the second chapter, an analysis of the work in terms of the two main methodologies of tafsir, the one based on narration (riwaya) and the other based on knowledge (diraya) is given, and the themes concerning the Qur'anic sciences, which are mentioned in the book are presented. Nuh b. Mustafa al-Qonawi, a XVIIth century Ottoman scholar, born in Amasya served as a mufti in Konya and died in 1070/1660 in Egypt. Although the total number of his works is unknown, most of them are retained in Suleymaniye and Beyazit State Library. While Nuh b. Mustafa made use of the sources of narration such as Qur'anic verses, hadith, words of the companions or the successors and Arab poetry in the work in question, he mainly interpreted the verses of al-Fatiha according to the methodology of tafsir based on knowledge. The knowledge-based methodology of tafsir is observed in the author's explanations regarding various language sciences (such as lexicology, morphology, syntax, etymology) and most often in his linguistic comments. Introducing the chapter of al-Fatiha with its miscellaneous aspects, the author also made some evaluations about the Quranic sciences.
