Cibuti Cumhuriyeti Süt Ürünleri Endüstrisinde Nihai Ürünlerin Nakliyesinin Optimizesi: bir uygulama

Abstract

ÖZ Çağdaş yoğun rekabet koşullarında, işletmelerin kâr ile çalışmalarının şartlarından birisi maliyetlerini olabileceken düşük seviyeye çekmektir. Bu sebeple çalışmanın esas konusu maliyet kalemlerinin en önemlilerinden biri olan ulaştırma maliyetini minimize ederek kârın maksimize edilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın konusu, Cibuti Cumhuriyeti'nde faaliyet gösteren Douda Tazwid Industries şirketi tarafından Süt ve Süt Ürünleri üretim tesislerinde üretilen nihai ürünün optimal dağıtım planının tasarlanarak toplam nakliye maliyetlerinde en düşük seviyeye ulaşılmasıdır. Tez çalışmasının birinci bölümünde, Cibuti Cumhuriyeti’nin mevcut ekonomik durumu kısaca tartışılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, ulaştırma modelinin doğrusal programlamanın özel bir türü olduğu dikkate alınarak önce doğrusal programlama ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir, ardından ulaştırma modeli kapsamında çözüm yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Söz konusu olan ulaştırma probleminin çözümünde kullanılan Simpleks yöntemi de bu bölümde ayrıntılı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Tezin uygulama çalışmasının yer aldığı son bölümde ise problemin verilerinin sağlayıcısı Douda Tazwid Industries şirketi hakkında genel bilgilere, söz konusu olan ulaştırma probleminin matematiksel modellemesine, problemin Vogel yaklaşımı metodu (VAM) ve Simpleks yöntemiyle çözümlenmesine yer verilmiştir. Simpleks yönteminin çözümü R/Simplex paket programı yardımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. VAM yöntemi ve R/Simplex programıyla yöntemleri ile elde edilen çözümlere dayanarak işletmeye mevcut olan arz ve talep kapsamında minimum maliyetli optimal dağıtım planları önerilmiştir ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır. For this reason, it is aimed to contribute to the profit by optimizing the transportation costs, which is one of the most important cost items, which is the main subject of the study. The subject of this study is to find the lowest level of total transport costs of the final product produced by DoudaTazwid Industries at its own Milk and Dairy production facilities in the Republic of Djibouti and to provide an optimal distribution plan. In the first part of the thesis, the current situation in the Economy of the Republic of Djibouti is briefly discussed. In the second chapter, taking into account that the transportation model is a special type of linear programming, firstly, information about linear programming is given, and then the solution methods within the scope of the transportation model are examined. The Simplex method, which is solved in the thesis and used to solve the transportation problem, is also analyzed in detail in this section. In the last part of the application study of the thesis, general information about the Douda Tazwid Industries company, mathematical modeling of the transportation problem, the solution of the problem with the Vogel approach method (VAM) and the Simplex method are included. The solution of the simplex method was carried out with the use of R / Simplex package software. Based on the solutions obtained by VAM and R / Simplex software,optimal distribution plansachieving the minimum cost with given supply and demandare proposed to the enterprise and the results are discussed.
