Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Karabük Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin Kardemir A.Ş.'ye ilişkin kurumsal imaj ve itibar algılarının derecesini belirleyebilmek ve demografik faktörlere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını test edebilmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Karabük Üniversitesi'nde farklı fakülte, yüksekokul ve meslek yüksekokulda lisans ve lisansüstü eğitimine devam eden 488 öğrenciden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Hipotezler t-testi ve ANOVA analizi aracılığıyla test edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda kurumsal imaj algısında öğrencilerin eğitim düzeyine göre farklılıklar bulunduğu, diğer demografik faktörlere göre ise bir farklılığın bulunmadığı belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, kurumsal itibar algısında ise cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi ve öğrenim birimine göre farklılıklar belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study is to reveal the degree of corporate image and corporate reputation perceptions of Karabük University students regarding Kardemir Inc. and is to determine whether the degree of corporate image and corporate reputation perceptions differentiate in terms of different characteristics. For this purpose, data were gathered from 488 students continue their undergraduate and graduate education at different faculties, colleges and vocational schools in Karabuk University by using survey method. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and ANOVA analysis. As a result of the study, it was determined that there were differences according to the level of education of the students in terms of corporate image and no difference according to other demographic factors. However, in terms of corporate reputation, differences were determined according to gender, education level and education unit.
