Özet
The Gas Cleaning Assistant is an intelligent control unit for secondary gas cleaning that optimizes gas cleaning quality, thereby reducing energy needs. The control unit is used as standard in all new SMS Siemag gas cleaning plants, but it is also easy to retrofit and offers great advantages in modernization projects. The Gas Cleaning Assistant has already been used successfully in two reference plants. Calculations were compared with measurements over a long period in a modern new plant. It has been demonstrated that the calculations are very precise. Savings of 21% on energy costs in an existing plant were demonstrated in a before and after comparison.
