Özet
Bu çalışmada, Dünya ve ülkemizde büyük önem taşıyan ve her geçen gün ihtiyacı artan çelik esaslı malzemelerin imalatı incelenmiş olup, çelik imalatının en önemli ayağı olan sıcak haddeleme prosesinde tüm aşamalarıyla çelik üretimi ele alınmıştır. Proses bünyesinde yapılan tüm işlemler mühendislik esaslarına göre incelenmiş ve yapılan işlemlerin uygunlukları kontrol edilmiştir. Sıcak haddelemenin ilk aşaması olan tavlama, mevcut tav fırınında yapılmaktadır. Tavlanan malzemenin tav sıcaklığı, tav fırının karakteristik özellikleri ve verimliliği incelenmiştir. Tavlanan kütük demirlerin hadde prosesinde istenilen tolerans ölçülerine göre üretim aşamaları ve hadde prosesinde kullanılan ekipmanlar açıklanmıştır. Tüm proses boyunca lama, kare, yuvarlak, nervürlü inşaat demiri üretimleri temel haddecilik hesaplarıyla incelenmiştir. Haddelenen mamulün spektral analizi, akma, çekme testleri ve çentik darbe deneyleri aynı mamul için yapılmış olup test sonuçları tez içinde anlatılmıştır.
In this study, the manufacture of steel-based materials, which are of great importance in the World and in our country and whose need is increasing day by day , has been examined, all stages of steel production are handled in the hot Rolling process, which is the most important pillar of steel manufacturing. All operations carried out within the process have been examined according to engineering principles and the suitability of the transactions mad has been checked. Annealing, which is the first step ofhot Rolling, is carried out in a hot annealing furnace. annealing temperature of annealed material, characteristics and efficiency of annealing furnace were investigated . production stages and equipment used in the Rolling process of annealed billets according to the desired tolerance dimensions in the Rolling processare explanined. Throughout the whole process, flat, square, round, ribbed rebar productions have been thinned with basic rolling mill calculations. yield, tensile tests and notch impact tests of the rolled product were made for the same product and the test results are explained in the thesis."
