Özet
Niyazi, the author of Zafer-name-i Ali Pasha, wrote in detail the successes of Elvend-zade Ali Pasha against Safavid dynasty in the late 16th century. The manuscript details the events that occurred across the border of Baghdad in 1583, which was a part of the Ottoman-Persian war between 1578 and 1590. This study briefly introduces the author of the manuscript and then examines the topics inside of the text in detail by using content analysis method.
