Kurumsal Risk Yönetimi Algısı Üzerine Bir Araştırma: El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesi Örneği

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, kamu kurumlarında kurumsal risk yönetim algısını belirlemektir. Bu amaçtan hareketle El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesi bünyesinde çalışan 1420 personel üzerinde bir alan çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda 600 kişiye anket dağıtılmış. Pandemi, yasaklar ve cevap alma oranı gibi nedenlerden dolayı 444 kişiden veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizi için SPSS-20 programı kullanılmıştır. Toplam 444 kişiden alınan veriler incelenmesi sonucunda, El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesine ilişkin risk algısının olumlu olduğu, buna bağlı olarak kurumda risk konusunda önlem alındığı, raporlama ve değerlendirmenin yapıldığı ve kurumda risk bilgisinin ve yönetimin desteğinin tam olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesi personelinin kurumsal risk yönetimi algısı demografik özellikleri açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesi ile ilgili kurumsal risk yönetimi algısının kadın ve erkeklerde farklı olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada evli personelin risk algısının, bekâr personelin algısından daha olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların yaşlarına göre risk yönetimine ilişkin algısının anlamlı farklılık göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, personelin genel risk algısı pozisyonları açısından anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. Çalışmada El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesi ile ilgili risk yönetimi algısının personelin kurumdaki çalışma sürelerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Bu çerçevede 5 yıl ve altında El-Kudüs Açık Üniversitesinde çalışan kişilerin risk yönetimine ilişkin algısının 16 ve üstü yıldır kurumda çalışan kişilerin algısından daha olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte 6-10 yıl ile 11-15 yıl kurumda çalışanların risk algısının, 16 yıl ve üstü süredir çalışanlardan daha olumlu olduğu görülmektedit. ?
The aim of this study; To determine the perception of risk management, which is directly related to the realization of corporate objectives. For this purpose, a field study was carried out on 1420 personnel working within the body of Al-Quds Open University. In this context, questionnaires were distributed to 600 people, and data were collected from 444 people due to reasons such as pandemic, bans and response rate. SPSS-20 program was used for the analysis of the research data. As a result of the data obtained from a total of 444 people, it was determined in the study that the risk perception regarding Al-Quds Open University was positive, accordingly, the institution took precautions about risk, reporting and evaluation were made, and the risk information and the support of the management were full in the institution. In the study, the perception of corporate risk management of Al-Quds Open University personnel was compared in terms of demographic characteristics. It has been observed that the perception of corporate risk management regarding Al-Quds Open University is different between men and women. In the study, it was determined that the risk perception of married personnel is more positive than the perception of single personnel. It was determined that the perception of risk management according to the age of the participants did not differ significantly. The general risk perception of the personnel does not differ significantly in terms of their positions. In the study, the risk management perception of Al-Quds Open University showed a significant difference according to the working time of the personnel in the institution. In this context, the perception of risk management of people who have worked at Al-Quds Open University for 5 years or less is more positive than the perception of people who have been working in the institution for 16 years or more. On the other hand, the risk perception of those working in the organization for 6-10 years and 11-15 years is more positive than those who have been working for 16 years or more."
