Özet
Bu tez çalışmasının amacı; yalıtım uygulamalarındaki iş gücü ile malzeme maliyetini düşürmek, ve zaman tasarrufu sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla, zemin-tavan betonlarının ve duvar yapı ekipmanlarının içerisine ısı yalıtım malzemeleri eklenerek bir karışım elde edilmesi planlanmaktadır. Kompakt bir yapı kazanan karışım, ekstra bir ısı yalıtım uygulamasına ihtiyaç duymadan yapılarda kullanılabilecektir. Amaca uygun olarak 4 farklı ısı yalıtım malzemesi beton harcına eklenerek elde edilen karışımlar arasında ısıl verimlilik açısından kıyaslama yapılacaktır. Uygulama 5 adet sabit beton blok duvar ve 1 adet yalıtım malzemesi karışımlı değişken beton blok duvardan oluşacaktır. Belirlenen ölçülerde hazırlanan kalıpların içine istenilen oranda çimento ve kumdan oluşan harç betonu hazırlanıp dökülmüştür. İlk başta kalıplara dökülen beton içine herhangi bir yalıtım malzemesi karıştırılmadan 1 adet taban, 1 adet tavan, 2 adet yan duvar, 1 adet arka duvar ve 1 adet ön (değişken) duvar dökülmüştür. Daha sonra ön (değişken) duvarın içine çeşitli yalıtım malzemeleri karıştırılarak toplam 4 adet değişken duvar dökülüp hazırlanmıştır. Değişken beton blokların içerinde kullanacağımız yalıtım malzemeleri sırasıyla talaş, cam elyaf, kauçuk ve strafor köpüktür. Bütün blok beton duvarlar hazırlandıktan sonra birleştirilip toplam 0,80 metrekare iç yüzey alanına sahip olan bir dikdörtgen prizma oluşturulmuştur.
The purpose of this thesis is; to reduce the cost of materials and to save time with the work force in insulation applications. For this purpose, it is planned to obtain a mixture by adding thermal insulation materials into floor-ceiling concretes and wall building equipment. The mixture, which has gained a compact structure, can be used in buildings without the need for an extra heat insulation application. In accordance with the purpose, a comparison will be made in terms of thermal efficiency between the mixtures obtained by adding 4 different thermal insulation materials to the concrete mortar.The application will consist of 5 fixed concrete block walls and 1 variable concrete block wall with a mixture of insulation material. Mortar concrete consisting of cement and sand in the desired ratio was prepared and poured into the molds prepared in the specified dimensions. At first, 1 floor, 1 ceiling, 2 side walls, 1 rear wall and 1 front (variable) wall were poured into the concrete that was poured into the molds without mixing any insulation material. Afterwards, various insulation materials were mixed into the front (variable) wall and a total of 4 variable walls were poured and prepared. The insulation materials we will use in variable concrete blocks are sawdust, glass fiber, rubber and styrofoam, respectively. After all the block concrete walls were prepared, they were combined and a rectangular prism with a total interior surface area of 0.80 square meters was formed."
