Özet
Çalışmada Safranbolu'da bulunan konaklama işletmelerinin finansal sorunlarının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla ilk bölümde turizm kavramından bahsedilmiş, daha sonra sırasıyla Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de turizmin gelişimi, turist kavramı, konaklama işletmeleri ve Turizm işletmelerinde karşılaşılan sorunlar anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde araştırma alanı olan Safranbolu ilçesinin tarihi, coğrafi yapısı, ekonomik durumu ve kültürel değerlerine yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise çalışmanın amacı, konusu ve yönteminden bahsedilmiştir. Anket uygulaması yine bu bölümde uygulanmış olup, ankette mevcut olan tüm sorular ve işletmelerin verdiği cevaplara göre ortaya çıkan sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, Safranbolu'da bulunan 80 adet turizm işletmesiyle anket için görüşülmüş ve bunlardan 62 tanesinden geri dönüş alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde de çalışmanın sonucu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda Safranbolu'da ki turizm işletmelerinin finansal sorunları anketlerden çıkan sonuçlara göre belirlenmiştir.
In the thesis, it is aimed to determine the financial problems of the accommodation enterprises in Safranbolu. For this purpose, in the initial chapter, the concept of tourism is mentioned, then, respectively the development of tourism in the world and in Turkey, the concept of tourist, accomodation enterprises and the problems which are encountered in tourism establishments are explicated. In the second chapter, the historical background, structure, economic condition and cultural values of Safranbolu, the city which constitutes the research area, are referred. In the third chapter, the purpose, subject and the method of the study are mentioned. Survey method is also practiced in this chapter. The survey results are commented according to the questions in the survey and the answers of the enterprises. Survey method is used in the thesis, 80 tourism establishments in Safranbolu were interwieved for the survey and received feedback from 62 of them. In the fourth chapter, the consequence of the study is handled. As the consequence of the study, the financial problems of tourism establishments in Safranbolu are determined according to the survey results.
