Özet
To eliminate some problems in producing composites by using classical methods, composite producing was aimed by oxidizing metallic precursor and mechanically alloyed Ba-Al powders were oxidized. Mechanical alloying process were applied with rolling and high-energy vibratory mills and the effect of milling duration on the phase transformations has been determined. Desired phase transformations were not achieved in rolling milled specimens for 100 hours. In high energy vibratory milled specimens, BaAl2O4 and Al phases were determined.
