Özet
Bu çalışmada, hidroksil uçlu başlangıç bileşikleri ile ?-kaprolakton halka açılması polimerizasyonuna uğratılmıştır. Elde edilen hidroksil uçlu poli(?-kaprolakton) türevleri, 4-nitroftalonitril ile reaksiyona sokularak yeni polimer bağlı ftalonitril türevleri hazırlanmıştır. Bu polimer bağlı ftalonitril türevlerinden çıkılarak çözünür nitelikte ve agregasyon eğilimi düşük, yan zincirlerinde polimer ihtiva eden yeni ftalosiyanin türevleri hazırlanmıştır. Elde edilen polimerik birimli ftalosiyaninlerin, agregasyon özellikleri, termal davranışları ve çeşitli metalleri bağlayabilme özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin karakterizasyonu, FTIR, NMR, UV-Vis, kütle, elementel analiz gibi spektroskopik yöntemler ile yapılmıştır. Yaptığımız literatür araştırmasına göre, polimerik birime bağlı ftalonitril türevlerinden ftalosiyanin sentezine ilişkin çok az çalışma bulunmakta ve bu çalışmaların da çoğunda genellikle AAAB tipinde ftalosiyanin türevleri hazırlanmıştır. Bu kapsamlı proje ile, geniş uygulama alanı olan çözünür ve yan zincirinde polimerik birimler içeren BBBB tipinde ftalosiyaninler sentezlenmiştir.
In this study, ?-caprolactone was subjected to ring opening polymerization with hydroxyl-terminated starting compounds. The resulting hydroxyl-terminated poly (?- caprolactone) derivatives, were reacted with 4-nitrophthalonitrile to form new polymer bound phthalonitrile derivatives. New polymeric phthalocyanine derivatives were prepared by dissolving this polymer bound phthalonitrile derivatives and containing polymer in their side chains with low tendency to aggregate. Aggregation properties, thermal behaviors and bonding properties of resulting polymeric unit phthalocyanines were investigated. Characterization of the synthesized compounds have been done by spectroscopic methods such as FTIR, NMR, UV-Vis, mass and elemental analysis and so on. According to our literature research, there are very few studies devoted to synthesis of phthalocyanine from phthalonitrile derivatives bound to a polymeric unit. Generally, in most of these studies AAAB type phthalocyanine derivatives, have been prepared. With this comprehensive project, BBBB type phthalocyanines containing polymeric units in large-scale side chains have been synthesized and they have a wide range of applications.
