SAMER İSLAMBULI'NIN IKI SAHIH'IN HADISLERINDE BAHSETTIĞI SORUNLAR (KRITIK ANALITIK BIR HADIS ÇALIŞMASI)

Özet
Bu çalışma? Samir İslambulî’nin Buhari ve Müslim’in sahihâynde rivayet ettikleri elli hadisi tenkid eden kitabını ele alır. Çalışma aynı zamanda? yazarın eleştirilerinin objektiflik boyutu? ilmî tenkid kriterlerine ne kadar bağlı kaldığını? bunun karşısında ise sahîhaynın hadis tenkid şartlarının son derece sert ve sağlam olduğunu kanıtlayıp eleştirmenin tenkid değerini incelemektedir. Çalışma? araştırma konusu olan hadislere yöneltilen iddiaları incelemeyi hedefler. Analitik metod çerçevesinde İslambûlî’nin argümanlarını ve bu argümanlarla birlikte objektiflikle çelişen ve hakkaniyetten uzak asılsız görüşleri? ilmî bakış açısıyla tutarlı deliller sunarak çürütmeyi hedefler. Bu çalışma bazı neticelere ulaşmıştır. Başlıcaları şunlardır: Eleştirileri iki ana kısma ayırmak mümkündür: Daha önce karşı çıkılan -büyük kısmı- ve sadece yazarın karşı çıktıkları -en zayıf ve yüzeysel olan-. Geri kalanlardan az bir kısmı da İslam alimlerinin önceden eleştiri konusu yaptıklarıdır. Ancak eleştiriler kabul veya redde yönelik değildi. Nitekim müşkilü’l-hadis ilmi bu eleştirilere sadra şifa cevaplar vermek suretiyle ve cem? tercih? neshi belirtme? delilerin denk olup tercih edememe durumunda tevakkuf gibi kendine has çözüm tenkidiyle bunu üstlenmiştir. Çalışma? İslambûlî’nin sahihayndeki hadislerin sıhhatini zedelemek arzusuyla ilmî çalışmasının zayıf ve yetersizliğini yansıtan mesnetsiz şüphelerine -kendisinin delil zannettiği- hile ve zorlama ile dahi olsa çeşitli yollar ürettiğini ortaya koymuştur. Diğer taraftan sahihaynin? -ilmî bir hadis tenkidi bakış açısıyla- Buhari ve Müslim’in hadisçilik maharetlerinin sağlamlığıyla? sorunlu olduğu yaftası yapıştırılan hadislerin müsellem olmasıyla? hadislerin Kur’an’ın zahiriyle ve sarih akılla tutarlılığının açıklığıyla yöneltilen eleştirilere üstün olduğu açıkça gösterilmiştir. Çalışmada muasırların sahihayne ve genel olarak sünnet kitaplarına yönelik şüphelerine karşı çıkmak için müşkilü’l-hadis ilmine önem gösterilmesi gerektiği tavsiye edilmiştir.
The current study deals with a book by Samer Islamboli in which he criticized fifty Hadiths' prophetic traditions' narrated by Bukhari and Muslim in their books' Al_Saheehayn' the two correct ones. This study examines the objectivity of the problems he mentioned? the extent to which he adheres to the criteria of objective criticism. So, Al Sheehayn highlights so much the strict conditions of modern criticism and their steadfastness in the face of this criticism? and the value of criticism of the problem. The study aims at talking into consideration the claims against the hadiths in question? through an analytical approach to analyze Islampoli's argument, the accompanying anti-objective bias and the risk-taking of fairness? the critical approach to refuting them and presenting defence arguments consistent with objective consideration. This study has concluded a number of findings. The problems can be divided into two main parts: what was unprecedented to provoke it - which is the most - and what is unique - which is its illusions and its people in depth- and a few of them were questioned by islamic scholars in the past? but the problem is not necessary to respond and reject. The science of hadith is involved to provide adequate answers about them, and to treat criticism in ways that are specialized in collecting or showing copying or stop in case of equal evidence and the absence of weight. The study shows that Islampoli pursued various ways to distort the hadiths of the correct books, even by the aberration and cost of the similarities - which he thinks are arguments - which reflects the value of his scientific research with slackness and Weakness. In contrast? the study shows the correct highness - in terms of modern critical scientific consideration - on the criticism directed at them. The entrenchment of the sheikhs in modern workmanship? the integrity of these hadiths? which was attached to them from the questions? and the clarity of consistency of Hadiths with the surface meaning of the Qur'an, and the thought of mind."
