Özet
Bu çalışma, Hanefi fıkhı alanında bir el yazması konuyu ele almakta olup, başlığı ""İbn-i Hatib Zadeh'in önleme açıklaması üzerine bir dipnottur. El yazması, Hanefi fıkhının kaynaklarından biri olarak kabul edilmesi nedeniyle büyük önem taşımaktadır. This study deals with a manuscript in the field of Hanafi Fiqh, which is entitled ""a footnote on explaining prevention to Ibn al-Khatib Zadeh, and the manuscript is of a high degree of importance, because it is considered one of the sources of Hanafi fiqh, and the author of the text and the commentator is one of the greatest scholars of Hanafi doctrine in their time, namely the crown of the beloved Sharia and his grandson Sadr the sources of the Hanafi madhhab, and this letter was composed of: Introduction, followed by the reasons for choosing the topic and goals, then the importance of the topic and the difficulties and problems that faced the researcher, then the first section, which is the academic section and consists of three chapters, in the first chapter the researcher dealt in general with the translation of the owner of the beloved Sharia crown in terms of his personal and scientific biography, in the second chapter the researcher spoke in the translation of the annotator of the beloved Sharia, in terms of his personal biography and the features of his ERA in which he lived, and in the third chapter the researcher dealt with the personal biography of the owner of the entourage Ibn al-Khatib Zada, and the patterns of his dogmatic thought, doctrine and its effects on the society in which he lived, followed by the second section: The researcher talked about the name of the manuscript and its attribution to its author and his method of authorship, and described the handwritten copies, and the researcher discussed his approach to achieving this manuscript, the second chapter: The achieved text, then the most prominent results and the most important recommendations reached by the researcher."
